The full inclusive arrangement is only possible if you book directly, not via an intermediate. However, booking online does not present the full option. The best way seems to be to book by phone and make your wishes explicit. The hotel facilities are new and very pleasant. A good hotel in a tranquil location.

It’s a pleasant pub B&B that is in a great location to explore the Lakes if you don’t want to pay Lakes prices. Set in a very quiet picturesque village close to the A66. Rooms are very clean and a good size, bed very comfortable and lovely bathroom. There was no chef on the first night, they called me in the morning prior to my stay to let me know so I could make other arrangements. Nice breakfast and meal on 2nd evening. The only thing that let it down was the amount of teenagers in the bar in the evening who were with the young barman, it felt like a youth club, so a little uncomfortable. For that reason I won’t return.

We had a lovely stay here. Atmosphere great and staff were extremely helpful. Fabulous food both breakfast and evening meal.Beautiful bed and so comfortable. Shower amazing. Refurbished and cosy. Plentiful beverages in our room. Recommended and car parking out the front. Locals in the pub very friendly too.
