1.入住時候説提供洗衣粉稍後送到房間，直到第二天退房還沒送到。
2.打電話請客房服務提供勺子和筷子，對方很客氣的答覆説“對不起，沒有耶～”。所以很感謝這個酒店早上在一層餐廳用餐的時候提供了勺子和筷子，沒讓我自帶餐具。注：餐廳歸屬酒店，沒有外包。
3.整體環境很復古，充滿了國營文化色彩。

酒店位置不錯，出去吃飯逛街都衹要步行就可以了，很方便。房間面積比較大，設施齊全，衹是大床房的控制開關晚上顯示屏一直是亮的，而且在床頭中間位置，不合適。衞生乾淨整潔，服務態度很好，特別是2號和6號前台服務員，感謝！
