Feucht,schmutzig,defekte einrichtung

Ich habe auch jede Menge Bilder gemacht. Sorry aber das sie sowas Vertreter als ******* kann ich nicht verstehen. Eindach schrecklich ich bin sogar nach Bonn Zentrum Gefahren ein anderen Unterkunft zu finden . Weitere Infos können sie mich anrufen oder schreiben. Normaler weise müsste ich den Betrag zurückbekommen. Das wahr ein Körperverletzung. Ich bin sehr enteucht sehr. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Mustafa Sungu

Man hat alles gehört also sogar wenn jemand im anderen Zimmer normal geredet hat und das Badezimmer was sich alle teilen war sehr schmutzig

The hostel is pretty run down and dirty. The furnishings are ancient and worn. The window kept opening on its own. The external bathroom was dirty. I was glad I was only there for one night because I wouldn't have wanted to shower there.

Totally unhygienic! The rooms look like they haven't been cleaned! The reception is in a bar that stinks of smoking and full of special people. The whole structure and the room also stink of smoking, even though it is forbidden everywhere!!! The lights in the hallway and on the stairs don't work. I had to use my phone's flashlight to help me. The room has no curtains and there is no way to create an intimate atmosphere in the room as the first building is a few meters away. It is difficult to sleep at night as there is a lantern 2 meters from the window. There is a closet in the room, but it is totally dirty and has no crutches! The TV doesn't work. Furniture, wallpaper, doors, everything in the room stinks, is old, stained, burned by cigarettes, or simply broken. The pictures on Booking are a long way from my room! And the most unhygienic thing was the bathroom! It was never cleaned! Other guests were smoking in the bathroom (but there is no smoke detector!), hair everywhere, stains from various liquids on the toilet and in the shower. Water on the floor, so you could feel shoes in the bathroom and hallway. At night, other guests were listening to extremely loud music until 3 a.m. I wrote an email at midnight but didn't get a reply. I had to leave the room as early as possible for hygiene reasons, even though I had already paid for it. I told reception, but so far I haven't received an apology or message!
