Comfort Inn Bonner Springs Kansas City

The pillow was nice and fluffy. The bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Had a good breakfast area was clean and well maintained. To a big surprise they had an indoor pool and hot tub (was not on site on google when we looked it up). The area was safe for family's.

Stopped here on the way home from an extended stay in the west. Staff was friendly. Everything I saw was spotless, beds were comfy, room was quiet. Close to interstate, so easy on and off. Breakfast fare was good. Would recommend this place to anyone.

There was no hot water, the remote did not work, and the blankets are paper thin. The cleanliness was questionable. It did not look like anyone had cleaned the bathroom. I would not stay here ever again, and I do not recommend this hotel. You are better off anywhere else.

Very clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff really friendly, high ceilings made it feel big inside the rooms and modern looking. The breakfast was a bonus and was filling. Defiantly would stay again!

This hotel used to be a Super 8, but was renovated in 2020 or so and turned into a Comfort Inn. We only stayed one night. We got a great rate. Check-in went smoothly. Everything appears updated. Room was good. Two cleanliness issues: There was a stain on the carpet. There was a small stain on one of the bedsheets. I get it. Not everything washes out no matter how much carpet shampoo you use or how much laundry detergent and bleach you use. We all do laundry. We get it. I wasn't freaked out by it or anything as they seemed clean but stained. However, I know several people that would absolutely lose it over those things. There was complimentary breakfast, but I didn't go down for it. Those things usually stop serving at 9 AM or so and most of my hotel stays are for leisure. There's no way I'm getting up and ready by 9 when I'm on my time. To those people who wake at 6 AM on their days off: What is wrong with you?! lol The only employee I encountered was the lady at the front desk and she was friendly and helpful.

Nice motel. On line price $94 plus tax I was charge $200. for the nite. Breakfast was OK but I've had better We stayed at another Comfort inn for $85 including tax. The breakfast was even better. REVIEW REQUIRES 200 CHARACTERS SO I AM JUST GOING TO MAKE A LOT OF USELESS CHARACTERS. It wants a title for the review, but does not lead me to a spot to put it

Excellent facility! Beds were perfect not to soft not to firm and no bugs! Staff was great. Breakfast was just ok but will definitely being going back to this dog friendly establishment! Good clean area to walk my dogs. Potty bags were provided even tho I have my own.

We stayed one night and it was a great night. Comfortable bed, hot breakfast, friendly staff going above and beyond. Attention to detail and Bonny was wonderful. Very friendly and efficient at checking us in. The hotel is very clean and showers were hot with good water pressure. All in all I totally recommend this hotel.

The staff was Very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean with fluffy pillows. I love that it is so nice and a Pet friendly hotel. I e did not use the indoor pool but it looked extremely well cared for.
