Staff was very friendly, courteous. and they even baked cookies for our crew after we came in too late to go out to eat. Adriane and Jeff were over the top. We will definitely come back when we go to the Ark/ Creation Museum. Rooms were great, very clean and they welcomed our little shiatzu.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while visiting family and were underwhelmed on many levels. Upon check in the woman helping us was not friendly and not communicative except when it came to the parking fee. Yes, even though there is a massive parking lot encircling the hotel and adjacent shopping complex with few cars parked in it, there is a parking fee of $10 a day for self parking. This fee is not paid through the hotel but through a third party with a VR code. Our room was not cleaned the following day and the front desk person said that housekeeping forgot. Upon check out the man at the front desk seemed annoyed that we were bothering him by asking for a printout of the bill, informed us that the printer wasn’t working and disappeared as he was telling us that we only had a $3.00 charge. He was gone and we had no way to inform him that we didn’t charge anything. I am assuming that it was for a water but we are Hilton honors members and get 2 waters for free, but not this visit I guess. We will not stay here again and would not recommend others to stay here.

This was a lovely, clean property in a great location for all of our sightseeing. We stayed for five nights and four days. I’m pretty picky about hotels and really liked this place. There were two things though that didn’t sit well with me: 1) On days 1, 3 and 4, someone brought us clean towels and emptied the trash. On day 2, I had to ask for towels and asked when housekeeping would come in. I was told they would do an entire cleaning of the room on day 3. I was told the same thing when I asked again at the end of day 4. So, in 4 days and (by then) 4 nights, no one ever changed the bedding, made the bed, cleaned the bathroom, or vacuumed. That was odd and frustrating because all of that being done is what makes staying in a hotel a bit of a luxury, and surely must be a sizeable part of the price. We paid a few dollars less than $900 but--in the department of housekeeping--only got clean towels and emptied wastebaskets 3 times without having to ask; and 2) A couple of hours after we checked out and drove on to Lexington, I realized I had left a necklace and earrings hanging on a wall peg next to the bed. The hotel had my phone number and email address, but they never contacted me in an attempt to return them. Disappointing.

This hotel is cheap you pretty much get what you pay for but go during the day to check in because the night crew are very disrespectful the only people I recommend you speak to is Sam and pica them two are very respectful and they'll help you with anything and they don't complain about their jobs and they don't complain if they're backs hurting and they don't sit there and talk about their significant other instead of helping you get your room so you can get in quicker but other than that the room is okay and I recommend anybody to go there!!!!

Had to ring bell twice then phone to get receptionist initially. Had to ask 2 additional times later for information. Nice hotel none the less. Coffee makers should be back in rooms. And should have ice on all floor including main floor.

Very pleased with Holiday Inn CVG in Erlanger. Wanted a quality stay near airport, with an excellent review record…that is what I found! Room on 4th deck was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. Large bathroom, comfy king sized bed. Dinner at onsite restaurant was tasty and reasonable, breakfast burrito was excellent. Service by everyone was great. Well worth the stay as an InterContinental Ambassador!

Stayed one night while in-town for an event nearby. Good experience. Check-in was welcoming and efficient. The employee gave me a list of restaurants nearby, including those that deliver to the hotel, which was helpful. Room appeared to be recently renovated and was well-designed, with plenty of plugs, storage, etc. Everything was clean. Breakfast was the standard Hampton Inn offering, not anything spectacular, but kept refilled and clean, with plenty of seating. Not much near the hotel, but it's a 5 minute drive from the airport and very convenient. No complaints. Would stay again if needing a hotel in the same area.

MMackenzie BMy friend and I stayed here with my daughter and we had a blast! Went swimming and enjoyed the fire pit out in the back. Breakfast was included, tasted great, and every staff we encountered were kind and helpful! Kresta was amazing as always for the third shift. We will definitely stay here again when wanting to find a comfortable place to relax and enjoy ourselves in that area.

Lovely hotel close to the airport with plenty of food options a short drive away. Rooms were immaculate and kitted out really well. We had to leave before breakfast however the staff gave us some fruit to take with us which was really kind. There is tea/coffee/hot chocolate available 24/7 - would definitely book again if in the area.

GGuest UserI didnt get a review via email but I will say there are certain staff members at this hotel that are over the top. Chelsea, Holly, Robert, Danny, and Amie... I grabbed a few names during my stay of the staff that was over the top. It was my second visit to this property for work and the meeting room was taken care of they were great as far as checking in on us and making sure everything was set up. Some other names along the way for great staff members being so helpful the drivers Dave. I watched a flight attendant simply be rude to Tim a shuttle driver and he was graceful about her demanding attitude. Coming from a history as a flight attendant for 13 years I should have gotten her badge number and reported her. She had no business treating your driver like that under any circumstance since she was running behind not him. Other names of the great staff I encountered on my second visit are Lisandro, Zan, Ballout, Edie, Even the breakfast staff was amazing Sharon and Nick. Each morning they greeted me and were so friendly during service. Kevrick is also a driver I encountered at night and very friendly. I travel for work and this staff is what makes this hotel so special and a great place to stay.

GGuest UserThis is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel. There’s a gas station and a subway within walking distance. Florence is only a few miles up the road.

GGuest UserThere's nothing wrong with this hotel... but there is also nothing that stands out. If you are looking for a decent night on the road, this will do the trick. The Days Inn looks very 80s... I think it probably used to be a Fairfield. It has that look. The room was fine. Everything worked, including the heat. hot water. TV, etc. The bed was comfortable. It's just that everything seemed a bit worn out. A refresh is probably needed. The public areas, such as the corridors seemed dingy and dark. Again, easy enough to fix. The check in process and check out were fine. And the people were friendly enough. For now, it's not a bad place to stay if the price is right.

In and out no problems. Stayed long enough to get some sleep and hit the road again. Front office was friendly and room was in order. Like the online check in and out process. Makes things pretty simple. I wouldn't mind a quick crash here again if needed.
