Salamat Gid to all staff working in Belmont Hotel Boracay. It made our stay even more pleasurable. Newcoast Location is ideal for peace and serenity yet you can still enjoy all the Beauty Boracay has to offer, from clear water to a Spectacular Sunrise, all in your own private Beach. For those looking to enjoy the restaurants, shopping and nightlife on the white sands , the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to the heart of these locations. Booking is required because space sometimes can be limited, as some guests found out on the last shuttle bus returning to the hotel on Tuesday 06/08/24. The staff has been very accommodating to all our needs. Even the smallest of requests; Eg.Seeing we were a couple, they offered to join our beds together, Or, they are helpful with knowledge to local shops still open at 1am. for emergency sanitary pads. We took full advantage on most Amenities Belmont had to offer, pity we only had 3 nights worth. Pool was small but nevertheless lovely. Additionally, we can also utilise the larger pool at Savoy’s Hotel. Best time to use the Gym was in the morning and we even booked 2 Spa sessions. Buffet Breakfast had a multitude of delicious selection, which changed every morning. The chef cooked your eggs to your liking and delivered to your table if not too busy. The concierge helped with our booking of activities for the day, from island hopping or sunset walks, or other non motorised activities like kayaking or paddle boarding. We opted for the Sunset Rising walk. Thank You Belmont Hotel. We will return again.

Not a lot to do in this area. The room was okay. At first received an unpleasant smelling room but the supervisor made sure to change us to a room that was much cleaner. The gym is clean and pool was great. Shuttle to D Mall could be more frequent like Savoy’s schedule. Food at the restaurant was a bit pricey. Has its own private beach, can play volleyball on the sand.

It's so nice to stay here😍. Very accommodating staff. It's just that you have to walk 5mins going to the beach. They have also free shuttle and drop off but you need to ask in the counter for your schedule. Thanks Belmont❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely loved my stay here. The location was beautiful and quiet with access to a really good beach. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus made moving around so much easier aswell. I had a wonderful time. The food from the hotel café was also pretty good. The rooms are clean however they don’t provide slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes so take yours with you. I’m definitely going back there!

Amazing

The propety was located in the New Coast area, a bit far from Dmall and restaurants. But the hotel service and amenities compensate for it. I got a Premier Deluxe with Balcony, and it was great! The bed is comfortable, and the toilet is spacious. They have their own beach with a lesser crowd in it. You can see the sunrise at the beach, the pool was a bit small but still okay. The check-in and checkout were a bit crowded but still efficient. The breakfast choices are good as well and they got a gym too. There are many shops as well within the area, but if you still want to visit DMall, they offer scheduled transfers, just approached their staff so they can arrange it. Overll, it was a great stay and I will recommend it to those who wants a lesser crowd and privacy. Not recommended for senior citizens as you have to walk a lot of stairs.

Arguably one of the worst hotel stays I've had. The experience completely falls short of expectations. At check-in, I asked if I could pay extra for a Seaview room. They told me I couldn't because of construction and I would be disturbed by the noise. When I got to my non-Seaview room, I could hear construction noises and when I looked out, the building opposite had men at work. I hardly kept my curtains open because of it. The one time I did, someone tried to peek into my room. I was placed in the Ridge building, separate from the main building. To get to the rooms, you have to take a lift, walk past rooms, walk through an outdoor walkway which gets really dark late at night, walk past more rooms and then take another lift to get to your room. The first night, feeling unsafe so far from the main building and alone, I told Marv at the desk I really needed a room change. He said he'd check for other rooms but never got back to me. After a couple of nights, due to a busy schedule, I stopped pursuing a room change. I had requested a pressing service for my dress and when they returned it, they had hung it with the bottom folded so it got all crumpled. Upon complaining and asking them to repress, I requested the dress be laid flat on the bed instead, as there's no place to hang anything longer than a shirt. Probably a language barrier, but staff insisted I open the door when I told them to leave the requested bottled water outside. I said I'm just headed to the shower so leave it outside the door and he said, "just open the door." It felt invasive and inappropriate. The hotel pool was a disappointment – just a small rectangle of water. And the pool bar is just a counter by the side of the pool. Not the resort pool experience one would expect. To their credit, they give you an allowance to use a pool at the next hotel, which is their sister property. If you like to walk, you'll be fine with the location because it's a walk everywhere - the beach, the sister property pool, the nearest convenience store, smoking area. They have a shuttle that takes you to Station 2, but its schedule is quite limited. It starts late in the morning, so if you want to do activities like island hopping where the meetup is at 9 am, you'd have to book your own trike at 300 pesos or use the hop-on-hop-off (150 pesos for a one-day pass and takes you everywhere in Boracay). The last shuttle pickup is at 10:30 pm, so you can't really go out partying or come back late if you rely on the shuttle. There's no soundproofing at all. I could hear everything: footsteps above, people talking outside, the construction, and the worst was the room next door blasting music in the morning. It took two calls to the front desk before they finally stopped it. The food is not great. After one meal, I decided to skip the breakfast I'd already paid for. Additionally, room service concluded at 9:30 pm, which is inconvenient given the lack of nearby dining options. Most of the staff are not friendly and act indifferent to you. I felt really unwelcome here - staff either act like you're inconveniencing them, or they answer everything in a nonchalant way. The second night I talked to Marv about booking shuttles, he barely even looked up from his phone. Honestly, it felt more like staying in a motel, and I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe it was just a bad string of luck on my end. If it was one isolated incident, I could be understanding about it, because who doesn't mess up, right? But I'm glad I moved to a Henann for the rest of my stay. I still had a good time in Boracay, but I wouldn't come back to this hotel or suggest it to anyone.

This place is very good, but it is far from the white sand. (But they have a private beach) Quiet and good service, especially OJT from Iloilo. Even if you complain, they will smile. The first time I checked the front desk, they couldn't find my room. I booked a room for 2 people with a balcony and a view, but the one I got was far from the swimming pool. I don't think they have enough rooms. Check-in is not organized, they have to hire more front desk.. overall my husband enjoyed it. Still wanna book. Not so bad . A lot foreigners too, but they like to serve foreigner than locals. 😂😂 don't be ****** sometimes ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

Located in a quiet area but very close to the beach, they even have a private beach, they have shuttle bus service which makes it convenient to get into town, 7/11 is close by incase you want to get a night snack because their restaurant closes at 10pm, we enjoyed our stay there and I highly recommend it.

a notable inconvenience was the limited availability of transport vehicles to D'Mall from the hotel. This made commuting a bit challenging, especially during peak hours. While the hotel itself offers a great experience, potential guests should be aware of the transportation limitations when planning activities outside the property.

Everything in this resort hotel is great. The only downside is far from the nightlife in boracay.
