This was the second hotel of our trip and we would have stayed here throughout if we had the choice to choose again! Service was amazing, from the security to the front desk… all the staff were friendly and made the stay really pleasant. They even have their own bus and ferry charter service that you can pay to have a hassle free transfer to boracay from Caticlan airport Location of the hotel was perfect and just in front of the HOHO bus stop which made traveling around the island so convenient. Located at station one.. it was a more serene part of the white beach. We really love our stay at Henann and would recommend anyone who wants a great time at boracay to stay there

One of the best among Hennan hotels in Boracay. Great location in Station 1. Breakfast has lots of choices.

Amazing location, super friendly and professional staff. Great food, drinks, everything!! The beach access was my favorite part and the fact that it os on the much quieter part of the white sand beach. The one thing, didn’t bother me too much- pool is a bit small, a little too close to other people’s rooms. But besides that- all perfect.

Better to stay at this Henann property as it's located in station 1. Nice to walk out from the dining room to the beach. A little bit further away from people selling you things on the beach. Breakfast is good, plenty of options. The room is newer so you don't have to worry about ants or things not working in the room. The gym is nice to work out in and you don't have i pay extra like at Henann Resort. Would recommend staying here.

We stayed at Hennan last January 23-25. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Front desk helped us in with our check in and check out requests. The plate of chocolates they gave us was a good surprise as well. Location is good if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of station 2, good for people who just want to laze around by the beach in the morning after feasting on the breakfast buffet. We wish there were more beach lounge chairs around as they were so limited. Our room was clean, equipped with good amenities. The only concern was that the room was not sound proofed as we could hear all the chatter outside. Pool was ok though we noticed that some parts of the pool especially the steps need retiling. Hennan transfer was also good. A bit pricey but I understand we paid for comfort as well. We just wish they have complimentary snack/ drinks on arrival at their private port especially if guests were waiting for a long time.

Excellent service by the Hennan team - everyone from the Caticlan pick-up all the way to the F&B, the gym, the massage therapists and front desk were fantastic. Kyla in particular welcomed us warmly and was able to give us a room at 11am, much to the delight of my kids who were traveling from 10pm the night before (my daughter even wrote her a thank you note). Stayed at the East poolside room which was really spacious and had direct pool access, features which were greatly appreciated by my 11 and 8 year old. Got two great massages and recommended them to friends from SG who were coincidentally in the same hotel… I think they also went twice. Frontage was good and relatively quiet compared to station 2 hotels. Only downside was still being continuously offered activities by outside operators (nothing which Hennan could do). Breakfast choices were a bit repetitive after 2 days but still good quality. Would have been good to extend the operating hours of the gym for early risers. Chris the instructor though was very passionate about his work and offered friendly tips. Would have been good if they offered some activities for kids to keep them occupied. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect balance of accessibility and quiet enjoyment. Thanks Hennan Prime for a fantastic holiday. Raf, Miguel and Chloe from Singapore.

Best location. In Station 1... excellent price... breakfast is good. Rooms are great. Staff is superb Highly Recommended
