Hotel Soffia Reviews

We booked this hotel cause we wanted to stay away from crowded place. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Wifi is good and nice hot water . The problem I found was we need to walk from the below entrance up to hotel which could be tiring for some people.

location is too far from the station 2 but near puka beach...pool is nice and clean...Food is pricey and i get wrong order. Service is okay. Room is decent and has a nice view from the window...our room has a balcony...

Room is very spacious even the bathroom. You get what you paid for.

Super nice ang place. Spacious ang casitas. A perfect place to relax and unwind. If you prefer to stay in a quiet place, you'll surely love this too. Very kind and staff. Overall, it offers value for money.

Definitely will come back and recommend to family and friends.

Location’s a bit far from white beach but the hotel’s shuttle is super accessible. It’s walking distance to puka, diniwid, and balinghai beach for those who want adventure. Also a short tric ride away from the famous keyhole. Everyone’s really accommodating and nice, the place is super peaceful, and the food is great (big servings for a reasonable price). Would highly recommend the hotel for anyone who wants some privacy. Really enjoyed our trip!

Secluded area far from the crowd yet worth the stay as place is relaxing and affordable.Room are big enough for 2 pax.

Nice place to stay, affordable but a bit too far from d'mall. There's a free shuttle from/going to budget mart and you need to be there at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Room is clean, service is good and we enjoyed the most, the swimming pool. Overall, highly recommend for budgeted travelers.

The trip was nice. I stayed in Hotel Soffia with great time and service. The crews are well mannered. They are professionals in dealing with guests. The room was clean and organized. Facilities were modern. I would love going back to the place although not in the beach front but they have the free shuttle to bring you from hotel to the beach and vice versa. the view is nice from the hotel.

Never been to Sofia before. Its my first time visit there even I have staying so long at Bora. It feels new to me.And we stayed the Casitas House.It is so cute. Enough privacy，super king size bed. The frontdesk is friendly to talk and helpful as well. Our family joined us drinking at the pool side. ordered 4 buckets of SML. They even gave us 4 times snacks. So nice of the staffs. I was thinking it might just like during this pandemic they lack of guests. Finally someone is coming and spending at there makes them feel good also. Anyway it was a nice stay！The facility is just ok. Rooms are clean but not so well maintained. But the view and the vibes are totally made up for the flaws. Recommend！

I love their food and drinks 😋 Plus the free shuttle 🤩 It goes to D’mall every 2 hours. If you’re at the mall, you have to tell the hotel staff that you need the service to come and get you, you should tell them before the pick-up time. There are times when no one from the hotel is going down to the mall at a specific time, so you still need to let them know you're waiting for the shuttle.

Everything is nice from front desk, housekeeping and driver very accommodating Coffee and breakfast is good too. Practice smile always.. The main problem is room maintenance such as tv not working lamp busted and bathroom switch defective. Please double check the room before to release.. thank you..
