Negative points:
The facilities are very old, we noticed that the stairs had many rust stains.
The window of our room overlooked a facade located about 2 meters away.
The breakfast room had many chairs with peeling paint.
4 deckchairs for the pool.
Breakfast very very far from European and American standards.
No water fountain available (it's a shame, I've never seen that)
No deckchairs for the beach
The elevator very rudimentary

A decent Chinese hotel right on the beach. For me, this area of the beach was a bit too crowded (there are places with much less people). Too many annoying locals selling excursions and they keep pestering you with this all the time, you don't feel relaxed because of this.
The rooms are okay, but a bit dirty in some places.
Airconditioner is noisy (especially when you are trying to sleep).
Breakfast is not good (no European food choices and the fact that they serve a lot of oily good for breakfast as well as pork and oversalted noodles)

Totally disappointing. This is the 2nd time im booking for this hotel because of the access to the beach. But at the middle of the hotel where its okay to smoke, there were rats running around. I cannot imagine how dirty it is now. Totally disgusting.
