The hotel has a trendy design and quick, efficient check-in, complete with a welcome drink and wristband key cards. However, the issues began immediately upon entering the room. 1. Room Maintenance Issues: The first room had a malfunctioning door lock (both digital and safety), a non-functional telephone, and a leaking air conditioner that caused a slip hazard. Housekeeping’s response to “deal with it” was disappointing. Although the front desk moved me to another room, the air conditioner in the second room was deafening and ineffective, causing the temperature to rise to uncomfortable levels (27-29°C). Additionally, a side door to the balcony wouldn’t close properly, and the curtain above it fell off completely. To top it off, there was no hot water in the bathroom. 2. Third Room Improvement: After raising concerns again, I was moved to a third room, which was functional overall, but even here, the telephone did not work. 3. Buffet Breakfast: Prepaid breakfast was substandard, with poor food quality and insufficient replenishment of items, even early in the morning. The lack of variety and freshness made dining unpleasant. 4. Staff and Overall Management: While the staff were friendly, the hotel seemed significantly understaffed, affecting maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality. The overall condition of the property felt worn-down, with signs of cost-cutting apparent in multiple areas. Overall: The numerous room issues, poor dining experience, and lack of proper upkeep made my stay unsatisfactory. Despite the staff’s efforts to accommodate me, I had to move to another hotel for the remainder of my trip. This property was not worth the hassle.

A very nice and cozy place. The staff are very accommodating and attentive. We, will surely go back to this hotel. 😊😊

Room was spacious enough and tidy. Great food selections at the free breakfast buffet but sad there’s no bacon, why?? 🙁

An ok hotel that needs to be refreshed. Breakfast buffet is very poor and staff are slow to clear your table or refill food. The pool is nice and location is good. My AC ran incredibly cold, which I liked, but even when I set it to 28 C it would still run cold. My shower felt luke-warm at best. Staff at the desk were very helpful and the transit service to the airport was friendly and convenient. You can probably get better value for money at a different hotel on the island though.

Very nice hotel. Nice pool.. Breakfast good but some foods looked stale which i.pointed out. Service and staff are very polite and kind. They looked after me very well. Location 10-15 mins walk to the beach. My room was Beautiful but non functional. Ie. Toilet flush broke twice. No hot water for my bath, which is the reason why i booked the suite. Such a,shame. The maintenance people had to be called often.but service was good. So. I moved to. Another hotel where the water was hot !.

my boyfriend and i booked this hotel using trip.com and it was very easy. the hotel was very nice and also the staff are amazing. the breakfast buffet was so worth it. me and my boyfriend will definitely come back. the location is very near to the DMall and other restaurants. 10/10 !!! love it !!!

Good location

Great Stay While in Boracay..even though we had a little difficulty in check in due to Peak Occupancy Rate. I still recommend this place. A few minutes walk from the beach... Great Swimming pool and nice comfy rooms. Not to mention their Buffet breakfast and Room Service Menu. Keep It Up

Staff were very accommodating and nice! Food was amazing. Good amenities. Worth the price I paid. Will definitely comeback and book in this hotel. Will recommend to friends and family!

This is my second time to stay here at Hue and they always meet my expectations!

The hair dryer only made a lot of fan noise and didn't blow air, and the air conditioner was noisier than a construction site, the engineer came but said that the fan noise was normal, and the front desk didn't change the room, the room condition was the worst, and there was a spider in the shower room. It was the worst of the worst, and I think I made this choice when I could have used a small room in the Henan series for the same price. I think it was such a pathetic experience. The air conditioner noise was so loud that it was hard to sleep, so I recorded a video, but I couldn't upload it because I could only upload photos in the review. Don't trust YouTube, Naver blog reviews, etc.ㅠㅠ This is a real review.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are large. The swimming pool has a light show at night. It’s very exciting. There is no pressure for the children to play in the swimming pool. I will book this hotel again next time. The staff is also very enthusiastic.

The hotel itself is very good. Location too, but for a 5 star hotel. The bathrobes that were left in the room were dirty, as was one of the towels. At breakfast there was no milk, the coffees were not included, and to top it off we asked for some boiled eggs and the waitress brought them to us served directly with her hands without a plate or anything, in addition to being stained with a green substance all over the shell. Location and facilities apparently good
