I don't recommend staying here if you don't have a car. Located among some warehouses far from the center, I think for this price you can find something in the center if you come for a couple of days. From the station there is no public transport to the hotel.
The room and premises are quite clean, breakfast includes cereal, milk, bread and coffee(

Room was alright. The receptionist at night the Algerian guy he was so helpful and cooperative.
But when I woke up in morning I was bitten on my arm at few places and I think it’s a bed bug

Had a great time in the hotel. It's located on the right side of the river but can get there by bus. Good staff 24h and good conditions.

En soit, c'est un bon hôtel : personnel très acceuillant et souriant, chambre ni trop petite ni trop grande, pas trop de bruit... Mais quelques inconvénients : tout d'abord les taies tachées de jaune, le petit déjeuner pas trop garni alors qu'on y était à 9h00 (plage horaire pour le petit déjeuner de 6h00 à 9h30), ainsi que les toilettes pas très propres... Néanmoins, pour la seule nuit que nous avons passée c'est convenable !
