First 4 star hotel but was severely disappointed - having frequented 2 and 3 star hotels over the years, this was barely a 2 star - yes, they offer add ons for additional payment but when we came, broken toilet seat that constantly moves when you sit on it (did report it but never fixed), no 24 hour room service (apparently not the right time of year), air conditioning didn't work despite temps reaching 28 degrees, room decor was outdated, substandard with ripped wallpaper, broken bathroom shelf, broken toilet seat, curtains that let light in and a lovely smell of smoke coming through the ventilation from other rooms - not sure what others expect for 4 star but this wasn't it. Positives were the bed was comfy so no complaints there but not sure I'd pay what we did just for a comfy bed! Very disappointing.

Ein schon in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber, auch wenn im Duschbereichbs chon die Türrahmen wegfaulen. Frühstück und Abendessen sind gut. Allerdings ist das Bedienungspersonal recht unfreundlich und unaufmerksam. Für eine Verlängerungswoche bei einer Rundreise nicht zu empfehlen. Wir wollten schon nach 2 Tagen wieder abreisen.

Essen ist sehr lecker.und gute Auswahl. Gutes Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Abendessen abwechslungsreich, gut gekocht und wunderschön präsentiert. Alles rundum perfekt, kann nicht besser sein. Freundliche Mitarbeiter im Restaurant. Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Preis/ Leistung entspricht absolut. Dieses Hotel würde ich jedes Mal wieder besuchen.

Where to begin. How about with the absolutely rude receptionist, Jelena Slovaki (spelling is wrong, but it's close enough to identify her). She was yelling at people during check-in because we didn't want to leave our passports at the front desk overnight for them to be scanned. We insisted that she scan them and immediately return them at check-in. Then, after discovering a dirty room, with something (mushrooms?) growing in the bathroom, I had to go back to see Jelena. She said maybe they are magic mushrooms and I should try them. So unprofessional. She said she would send a housekeeper up to my room. Never showed up. 4 people in my group had dirty rooms. It's a reasonable expectation for a 4-star hotel to be clean, and well kept. Not only was the room dirty, but the furnishings were as well. Even the cloth chair covers in the dining room were dirty. There were discarded napkins under our dining table, and we were the first to use that table when the dining room opened for dinner--must have been left over from breakfast. This place needs a lot of work and attention to be a 4-star hotel. Do not book this place. Oh, and the internet is extraordinarily slow.

Hôtel partiellement rénové. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une chambre complète refaite et avec une vue dégagée sur la ville. L’hôtel est très propre. Il manque de quoi accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bains. Salle de restaurant un peu bruyante et vite complète. Les buffets sont bien présentés et la nourriture excellente. Piscine intérieure magnifique.

Extremely friendly service and very pleasant management. A great buffet with delicious food and a very relaxing atmosphere. Clean and tidy beach with up-to-date and fast service. Comfortable accommodation fully equipped and ready for a pleasant stay.

Fotoğraflara sakın kanmayın, oldukça köhne bir otel. Çalışanlar son derece kaba. Vaadedilenlerle karşılaştıklarınız hüsrana uğratabilir. Parasını kesinlikle hak etmiyor. İyi tarafı merkezi, kendi plajı var ve akşam yemekleri kahvaltı ile kıyaslandığında daha iyi.

Food is amazing here. One in a million. I am coming back mostly for the food... the accommodation is ok and the people are very nice that they are working there. Beach is perfect, but the water can be a little bit field with grass in the afternoon when the tide comes in, but forget about that when you order a cake from Azzuro...
