Abbiamo pernottato due notti e trascorso piacevolmente il soggiorno, sia per la tranquillità ma soprattutto per l'alta professionalità riscontrata nel Maitre Piero, al quale non sfugge nessuna esigenza non manifesta dal cliente. Prima colazione continentale abbondante e di qualità! Stanza spaziosa, pulita e ben arredata. Da consigliare!

L'hotel é pulito e si trova in una posizione molto comoda . Esperienza deludente a colazione . Alla richiesta di qualcosa di salato gluten free, una ragazza addetta alle colazioni mi ha detto che purtroppo non era disponibile nulla di salato. Notando il mio disappunto, ha aggiunto che il ristorante era in chiusura e non avevano pane o fette biscottate gluten free. Quando ho fatto presente che , avrei voluto accedere al buffet salato e che avevo prenotato contando anche sulla presenza di prodotti gluten free( in un albergo 4 stelle, non proprio economico ), lei mi ha detto con aria scocciata che avrebbe controllato meglio. É arrivata al tavolo dopo qualche minuto con fette biscottate gluten free e ha borbottato in malo modo che aveva dovuto aprire un "filone " di fette biscottate . Ora mi chiedo se i 155 euro pagati per un pernottamento non valessero i 4 euro di un pacchetto di fette biscottate..capisco il tentativo di evitare lo spreco, ma alla richiesta del cliente , l'unica risposta possibile doveva essere: abbiamo delle fette biscottate, possono essere di suo gradimento?

Abbiamo soggiornato io, moglie e cagnolina a settembre ‘24. L’albergo è curato, il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, il maitre Piero una persona squisita. La SPA è molto carina, moderna e pulita. Il ristorante molto buono e la colazione soddisfacente. Insomma ci torneremo volentieri Beppe

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso Hotel Cristallo di Bormio e non possiamo che elogiare l’esperienza. La struttura è impeccabile, con camere pulite e ben arredate che offrono ogni comfort necessario. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con un sorriso, vogliamo ringraziare in modo particolare Susanna e Piero ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. La colazione è stata un vero piacere, con una vasta scelta di prodotti freschi e di qualità. La posizione dell’albergo è perfetta, vicina ai principali punti di interesse ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e rilassante. Consiglio vivamente questo albergo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno piacevole e senza preoccupazioni. Elena e Ezio Passeri, Liliana e Franco Coppola.

Hotel molto carino, camere spaziose, ottima posizione, personale molto gentile. Qualche difetto nella pulizia, ma alle nostre lamentele ci è stato proposto un cambio di camera. Bravi molto apprezzato. Cenato molto bene e buona anche la colazione.

È già il secondo anno che veniamo qui ed è sempre il top le camere i servizi la posizione e soprattutto il personale sempre disponibile preciso impeccabile .
