I would have thought for nearly $300 a night the hotel would have had a hot tub but they didn’t. Not only did they not have a hot tub but I was charged $60 for one person to partake it the breakfast buffet! At Chechen I was told I wouldn’t receive any Bonvoy points either because I booked through trip.com which was supposed to be a room with a harbor view. The view was scant and overall stay was a total disappointment.

Some receptionists weren't clear about charges. Room service worker was friendly and accommodating. Service at restaurant was slow. First floor cafe was good and convenient.

One night stay before our flight home. Great location next to the aquarium subway stop. Restaurant food was good and the room had all you needed with views of the harbour. Lovely outside space with harbour views on the 3rd floor by the pool. Offered a later checkout time at no cost useful for our early evening flight. Would stay here again. Friendly staff.

No issues in checkin. Extended checkout time on request. House keeping can be improved. Mandatory usd 34 fees should be looked into. Good location.

Absolutely no complaints. Clean, nice sized rooms, easy access to the airport from the subway, you can walk to basically anything would absolutely recommend especially for new time visitor.

We stayed at the Wharf for our annual adults trip. We did upgrade to the suite. It is a great location. It was fun to take the water taxi in from the hotel which drops you off very close to the hotel. We were able to walk everywhere except Salem (ha!) from this hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel. The coffee shop at the bottom floor had local cannolis which were amazing. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the bar had good ambiance. The views of the bay were amazing from the room.

Stayed December 2015 for 2 nights before the Holiday rush. This hotel is in a great location. The front desk stuff was to be desired for. Our room was at 4pm check in time still not ready and it was not even a big deal to them. Not even a hot chocolate was offered while waiting. We could see quiet a few people being upset lounging around. Not fun. The room and location once we got there was great. Front Desk staff needs some training in customer service.
