Guests must PRE-RESERVE spot with host before arriving.NOISE:The studio is located on the bottom level of a Tri-Level beach home (Note: the studio is not located in a basement setting). The noise is noticeably reduced with noise dampers, but please keep in mind the host and pet lives above the rental. Sleep packs are provided in the studio for any light sleepers. COMFORT:The studio offers central heat and air and is shared within the home, so guests will need to contact the host to request any temperature adjustments. Portable heaters and fans are provided for extra comfort as well as blackout curtains to help reflect sunlight and keep the studio temperatures cooler during warmer months. Other details to note:HOUSE RULES:• No smoking or vaping.• No events or parties (If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, host has right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given).• This property sleeps 5 people (If we determine you have more than 5 people, we will charge a fee of $25 per person, per night. Violation will lead to removal of all guests without refund).• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve studio.
