We stayed for 5 nights over Christmas period, I would say the apartment was between average to very good. Size wise, the two bedroom apartment was ideal for 2 adults and one child, had a separate laundry room and two bathrooms (no bath tub). Kitchen whilst good was lacking in utensils and other cooking items and basic things like oven mitts. We had to either keep washing up or running the dishwasher constantly. The apartment whilst good size wise and having what you needed furniture wise was in desperate need of a good deep clean. Around the bathroom was grotty, the washing machine was also a bit dirty as was around the seals of the rubbish bin, dishwasher and fridge. The underneath of beds and around skirting looked like hadn’t seen a vacuum in quite some time. Noise was also an issue, we could hear above and beside us. Parking was available in a secure underground area and easy walk to train station, places to eat and shops. Pool area was good and our daughter happily used it. For the price it was ok but we would only stay again if the price was right.

Brisbane Airport
I have stayed in both of these twin tower properties more than 20 times in the past few years. The staff have always been, without exception, very helpful and professional. It’s a great location and close to everything. This however will be my last stay. They are high volume transit hotels. The furniture is really worse for wear, the laundry detergent I used to wash my clothes was a reduced quantity size that didn’t clean my clothes, smelled like dirty dishwater, and the washing machine sounded like an old prop plane taking off. But the smell from the drains was the deal breaker. I had to douse the shower drain in cologne several times to cover over the smell. Really bad smell. Time for a full clean up and refurb of what was once a favourite stopover but now verges on disgusting.
