酒店停車非常方便，前台的小姐姐很温柔，服務態度也好，來到亳州有必不可少的養生茶，在大廳休息一會喝上一杯，早餐也很不錯，出差必選，一如既往的選擇格林！

格林的服務真是讓人無語啊，非常差的，住了四五天了，鉑金卡的價格高於攜程，你們的會員買來有什麼用？攜程價格低於鉑金卡價格，所以問了前廳經理，能不能已攜程的價格續住，直接告訴我不能，必須178元，説攜程訂不了，沒有房了，我在攜程、格美會都顯示可預訂房型有5種，然後我在攜程上訂了雙床房，和我説我訂的和之前的房型不同，現在沒有雙床房，需要打掃衞生，打掃需要半個小時的時間，就讓我在大廳等，之前的房也不給我住，也不給我把行李拿出來，然後那個經理就很傲氣的走了，我不瞭解你們有沒有中班客房服務人員，但是我可以肯定，你一個經理和一個前台，對講機都不用的，你用意念通知的嗎？因為沒有給到你們要的價格，就噁心我是吧，（本人對此次評價負法律責任，不服你們酒店把監控調出來公開查）別搞得我在這給你們差評是沒事跑你這來找事的，前廳經理處理問題那個態度很強勢，好像我欠你錢似的，我花錢住酒店還要看你臉色，就這種垃圾服務怎麼當的經理，真不知道這個店長怎麼管理的，打了他們總部客服投訴，沒有處理結果，還很不耐煩，我就呵呵了，總部的客服都這麼處理問題，也難怪員工這麼**了，那附近在有一家酒店我都不會住你家，差評，差評，差評，住酒店我這還頭一次給差評，這麼差勁👎
設施：弄個健身房跑步機不能用，弄個洗衣房沒有洗衣液，弄來擺設的嗎？
