The staff and room was lovely however, the location was away from everything. The room did not include toothpaste and toothbrushes.

The view of the hotel is very nice, but the rooms are far from reception. Room cleaning is very bad, there was a left clothes and other guests stuff. Also the bed sheet has many spots. Restaurant service is very good, has delicious food and kindly people

The landline wasn't working the room phone so I couldn't contact the reception and the room was so far on the cliff and dark area couldn't reach the street with out golf car and I should only call the reception to get this golf car and reception never respond the mobile phone or line or any contacts and when I ordered some food because I was dying hanger the delivery man give the food to reception and reception sleep already he didn't tell me anything and he didn't give me the food the food still on the board on reception to the next day and I couldn't contact anyone in this hotel and they never respond my messages or calls so I felt like I am present in this place

Awesome sea view! Peace and relax! I started on the top! Is beautiful,greeny! Also great view from swimming pool! You can swim in any time! But facilities is little old! Need to renovate of fix!

It was a very good stay. I enjoyed it very much. The views were excellent. The staff is excellent. The hotel room is excellent no complaints no rush at the hotel. Excellent value for money.

That was a nice Hotel. Location is great in all meanings. Hotel is located on cliff just above the sea with beautiful views on a Adaman sea and Karon beach. It is very quiet location suitable for travellers who want to silently sleep at night without any disturbance. Patong, Karon, Kata beaches, boxing stadiums,etc. , all are available by 10 min taxy driving. Cabby arrived all the time to this location even at night and earlier morning . Staff was friendly, room was clean. Shower and hot water 24 hours. Breakfast was simple but tasty, no oroblem at all,absolutely everyone can accept such international food. Overalk, good experience.

We booked the junior suit. One of the best resort I have visited till now. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Phuket. Excellent hospitality. We will definitely visit Phuket again.

We stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The view is breathtaking. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was very unsanitary. Very old room and toilet had stains. There was a lizard crawling all over the bed. The AC is very loud and poor ventilation. To get to the front desk you have to play chicken to cross the road if they don't come in time to get you.

Our experience at secret cliff was amazing. The hotel has great facilities, a free bus to both beaches Patong and Karon. Nice infinity pool and great places to take beautiful pictures

Beautiful hotel with great service, a bit dangerous though if you’re staying on the other side of the resort but they did offer a shuttle to take you across. Breakfast was yummy and had a lot of options to choose from. Views are to die for and the sunset there is amazing. Overall, it was a great experience

The absolute worst experience ever with Trip.com. This hotel was terrible. The room was in bad condition. The wood was rotting, the AC was dirty, there was no hot water and the TV was extremely bad quality (could not watch the euros). The bathroom was also in a horrible condition as the tub was leaking (no shower), the bathroom cupboard was falling off its hinges and the general look of it was old and dirty. The staff were also very condescending and I chose to leave after one night as the hot water was not fixed. They did not want to refund the remainder of my stay either. I would highly recommend that people do not book this hotel as they are manipulative and misleading.
