房間設施衞生都滿意，但是前台想套路收費就很噁心！不知道宰了多少人了！🙄為了考試訂了兩間房，中午考完先和爸媽出去吃飯了，想着酒店打電話再回去退房就是，於是美美吃完午飯回去，前台卻突然告知退房超時！要收100多的超時費！😅我直接氣炸了！我説你們並沒有電話通知我超時收費！前台辯解説打了房間的固定電話，沒人接😅怎麼？住你家酒店還得24h在房間待着？還是説隨身攜帶你家的固定電話？😅而且入住的時候也沒有告知超時收費，網上訂單頁也沒有標註超時收費，甚至前台也沒有超時收費細則，稀裏糊塗的就想多收費？😅最後在我據理力爭之下才沒有收，本來很好的入住體驗，臨走時弄的一地雞毛，還想讓我給好評？你覺得可能嗎？😅提醒一下想訂這家酒店的人，可別被套路了！🙄
