Great country inn that feels like home. The surrounding environment is beautiful, and the room is supplied with sufficient coffee capsules every day. The restaurant downstairs is delicious. Breakfast is ordered. If you stay for a few more days, you can try different options, and you can even ask for additional food varieties. The waiters are very friendly and enthusiastic, although sometimes they are very busy. I will definitely come to receive you immediately, but this will not hinder your comfort here.

This place is trying to be everything; and it is missing the mark. Had to check ourselves in, which didn't phase us as we are quite tech savvy. But we had booked as a Legoland package so we found someone to ask for the goody bag and the lady looked at us like we were inconveniencing her. Asked same lady about food and was told we would need to book as it gets busy - booked for 6pm. Went to the local swim park - came back (starving 5 year old in tow) only to be told there was no reservation for us. Luckily the lovely lady on the door managed to find us somewhere. Kind of wish she hadn't bothered. Food wasn't great - husband actually wouldn't eat his main. Took ages to come. Becky (I think that was her name - short bob, brown hair) was the only thing that stopped us making a proper complaint. She was brilliant, despite being rushed off her feet!! Got to the room - only one toilet roll, not even full. Used it - went to ring reception for more, no phone. There was a QR code to scan to start a chat with the reception team. Very long winded. Did it - heard nothing back. Next day put the ”Come in” sign on the door hoping they would replenish - they didn't. Breakfast was CHAOS. All crammed into a small area - absolutely no flow at all. Bread ran out twice - guests had to ask for it to be replenished. Glasses for juice were still hot from coming out of the dish washer. The food was decent - much better than the evening meal we had. If you are looking for a basic stay, this will be adequate. Comfy bed. Clean(ish - there was a boot mark on the shower floor) But customer service (apart from Becky) was non-existent. Gym. Hotel. Sports bar....... doing a lot, but doing none of them particularly well.

My daughter and I enjoyed a good stay at Travelodge Camberley! The reception was attentive and offered quick and helpful remedy to a couple of little snags, few doing our 10 day stay! A small annoying detail but important during our stay for the Queens Jubilee we was the poor quality of the tv signal!. Otherwise breakfast was great, so I recommend Travelodge without hesitation.

I stayed at this hotel late September 2024. The hotel was clean and whenever I left my ‘clean my room’ tag out, it was done. I stayed alone on the second floor, which though close to the road, was suitably quiet. The real reason I felt compelled to write this review is due to my appreciation of reception staff. My experience, both here and when I stayed at Camberley Central was that they are very welcoming, approachable and accommodating, I even interrupted one poor worker mid-food and he just came out to help. I commend both them and Travel Lodge for whatever training they’re providing on this front, keep up the good work!

Clean and well lighted room. Great facilities with fitness room and multitude gaming setups. Even have a bar in the lobby. Serving great foods. All and all really enjoy the stay. Well recommended!

Wife booked for us to come back and as expected Excellent service and lovely hotel. Hotel is fresh and modern It's definitely one of my favourite branded hotels. And never disappoints. Rooms are excellent lovely and fresh Staff were very welcoming, my wife decided to bring a glass of wine up to the room and spilt it over the bed the two young housekeeping girls was more than happy to change the bedding for us and topped up everything at the same time nothing was to much trouble for them! gym staff and restaurant staff are exemplary too. Food was excellent. Looking forward to staying again.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Room was very clean, shower was great! Breakfast included in the stay which included a decent range of food, they also had ‘to go’ bags and cups which I thought was a nice touch! Overall perfect for a business trip!

Wasn't impressed to receive text whilst abroad to say if we checked in late our room could be let. We were flying back and couldn't guarantee getting there at 3 pm. Had to get family member to call to explain. There are 2 Travelodges, one each side of the motorway. We booked the westbound one. Both have the same postcode. Our satnav only recognised Eastbound side. Result was they couldn't find our reservation. Apparently this happens a lot. Staff redirected us so only a few minutes and a few miles delay. Our arrival delayed by difficulty at Heathrow,ie Terminal change and over an hour and a half hours delay before passengers could access luggage reclaim. Staff shortages. Arrived at nearly midnight. Only Costa open at services. However, staff at hotel helpful. Situation good and quiet despite proximity to M4. We were very pleasantly surprised. Room clean and plenty of space, bed comfortable, coffee-making facility welcome. Bathroom fine and water hot. Slept really well and plenty of choice for breakfast with services placed only a few yards away but not causing any noise problem at the hotel. Enjoyable stay. Pity about postcode confusion Maybe explanation to take westbound services turnoff given on website when booking would avoid confusion and save people being taken to the eastbound site. We were worried when satnav told us to pass westbound services but assumed hotel was approached by another turnoff shortly after. It would have made our arrival far less fraught to have been aware of the fact there were Travelodges BOTH sides of motorway. The hotel itself was good and gave us a comfortable night.
