The bed was terrible had a terrible night the mattress was so worn out it completely squashed together as I sat on the bed. When I reported it to reception the lady informed me that they were being replaced but for us not soon enough! Sadley as everything else was ok

Spa closed earlier than expected and no footwear provided like other spas visited. Small problem with the system and our breakfast booking but staff were very helpful and it was sorted immediately.

Me and my partner stayed for one night using the restaurant and spa. All facilities were great and clean. Food was top quality as well.

Quick check in, big car park, comfortable room.

Had a lovely 2 night break in an Executive room . Beds really comfortable and Temple Spa toiletries were a real luxury. Had use of the pool, hot tub , steam room and sauna and you could get a discount off spa treatments as a hotel guest. A great choice at breakfast and all the staff were really nice . Definitely want to stay here again

Great Hotel, and now one of my regulars when I am in the area as it is convenient, clean friendly with the added benefit of a gym spa and a driving range. The only tiny niggly issue is the Wi-Fi is very very poor and non-existent in the bar area which is no good if you are Billy no mates for the night

Great course, hotel, room, food and staff. Big shout out to Mia, Ash and Amy who made the guest experience one to be beaten just by being themselves.

We stayed at this Hotel for 4 nights with package that included 4 days of golf. Before I start I would like to thank all the staff for making this stay really enjoyable. A special thanks goes out to Mia & Ash who not only treated us with a professional manner as guests but also with friendly banter and laughter throughout our stay. A thank you to Amy who was our daily waitress again with a friendly & preffional manner with laughter. Thank you to Laura (who we never got to meet but answered all our phone calls with any help we needed). The hotel provided a banquet of choices for breakfast and the evening meals where delicious and filling. The golf course was well cared for and a pleasure to play although challenging but fun. All staff at club house again friendly and approachable. Due to our visit, we are already planning to return next year. Big thank you to all at complex.
