The hotel staffs were welcoming, friendly and parking was also included in our stay. As we are a family of 5 pax, the hotel has provided two rooms which are interconnected. This makes it convenient for us as a family to connect. The rooms were clean and tidy with great showers. Breakfast was included in our stay with a great selection of ala carte breakfast, with good selection of beverages and coffee. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very clean, but it is not close to the high-speed bus station. The seaside port center is not recommended if it is public transportation. Because Launceston Podo and don't have a room on the first floor, it is a semi-underground. It is an upgraded deluxe room, but half of the intersection. Underground. Had a fantastic one-night stay! My friend and I stayed at this hotel, and its location is superb, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was spotlessly clean and hygienic, the bedding was comfortable, and all the facilities and amenities were readily available.
