Amazing
WWendy WTWe stayed at this lovely B&B for some nights, which was perfect. The room is clean and cozy, and the common areas are excellent. Everything is just like the pictures and even more spacious. Mitsuko and Norm are wonderful hosts who are caring and thoughtful and bring the best to their guests. We see details in the comfy furniture, the cute plants, the hot tub, and every guest’s favorite: the yummy breakfast!
GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Kelowna. Staff were friendly, swimming pool and slide were great for our 9 year old, free breakfast was fantastic!
My only complaint would be that I booked a room with a king size bed saying it sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children), so I assumed there would be a pull out couch. There was only one king bed. So my toddler slept in her playpen that we brought along and my 9 year old had to sleep on the floor. I’m not really sure how one bed means you can sleep 4 people?
But we made it work and our stay was great besides that issue.
JJohnsonLu591The hotel has been in existence for a hundred years. The current building is rebuilt after the fire. There is a cultural and historic place... The hotel is located in a commercial street, very lively, bars, restaurants, cafes abound, just a stone's throw from the lake (always Can't remember the name of the lake, it is said that there is a dragon in the lake.)...The room is quite big, quite clean, facing the street but not noisy (the first photo was taken on the balcony of the room), the quality of Canadian citizens can be seen... Leave a memory hotel!
MMariaThe spot of the hotel was fine but not really near in downtown. The only accessible was the orchard mall its just 2minutes walk. But overall it was a good place to stay. Quite and clean!
EER CHIUVery new and modern equipment! Moreover, the room is large and feels very comfortable! There is a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym! If it snows heavily and it’s inconvenient to go out, you can stay in the hotel! Secondly, the breakfast is pretty good! Although the selection is not large, there are slight changes every day! Worthy of appreciation! And Chief is very proactive in helping and very friendly! So every time I come to Kelowna, Holiday Inn Express is my first choice. It is very convenient to get there, and there are many delicious restaurants next to the hotel!
FFANGThe surrounding environment is very beautiful, the room facilities are also very good, that is, I regret that I have not booked a villa. In fact, it is quite good for us to book a villa for 7 people.
JJIERENThe environment is good, facing the lake and the scenery is good. First-class walk after breakfast or dinner. Other parts are quite satisfactory. There is a parking lot, which is more convenient. Good value for money.
GGuest UserThis was a two day planned get away for my husbsnd and I. Great location, we walked everywhere. The deck was a bit dirty, however there is construction going on around this location. The garbage truck dumps the big bins at 5:30 am so if you get an early wake up call. The hotel itself is a good choice, restaurants is also good. No pub anymore, but does not say this online. All in all good stay.
YYU KUANAffordable choice.
A short distance from the city center,
The room space is not large, no toothbrush and toothpaste are provided,
But coffee, microwave and breakfast are provided,
The room is also very comfortable,
Overall a very good experience.
GGuest UserOur stay was generally okay—clean room and expected service—but nothing particularly memorable. One issue stood out: we were asked to stop using the pool at around 9:30 AM because we were told it only opens at 10. We respected that, but just minutes later, another guest used the pool at 9:37 AM, followed by a family with two kids before 10 as well.
It felt inconsistent and a bit unfair. A clear and consistently enforced policy would’ve avoided the confusion and frustration. This small incident left us with mixed feelings about the stay.
