Facilities: Very complete, advanced and intelligent, Sanitation: Newly renovated, very clean and tidy, Environment: The environment is very good, and the room is equipped with green plants, which is very lively! Service: The service is excellent, especially enthusiastic, and the breakfast is delicious! The clerk speaks very gently!

Hotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations overall; it was clean, hygienic, and quiet. The rooms were well-laid out and fully equipped. The staff were warm and attentive, patiently resolving any issues. It's conveniently located with excellent surrounding amenities. The facilities were complete and functional, the price was reasonable, and I had a very comfortable stay. Suitable for both short and long-term stays, highly recommended.

😇Location: The hotel is a standalone building. It's very close to National Highway 245. Parking is convenient, with both surface and underground parking, and a private elevator directly to the lobby. 😇Environment: Rooms are on the 7th floor and above, featuring large, bright floor-to-ceiling windows. The lobby bar is spacious and suitable for reading or working, and there's also a private bar. China National Petroleum Corporation is right next to the hotel. 😇Service: The staff are responsive and helpful, promptly resolving any issues and providing timely reminders. 😇Room: The decor is European-style, with heavy, off-white wooden doors and carpets that complement each other well. Upon entering the room, the cabinets open slightly, allowing you to easily see the placement of items. There's a coffee table and chairs in front of the TV, not directly facing the bed, ensuring privacy. 😇Restaurant: The food selection was average. I went to the restaurant at 9:45 AM, and the staff didn't neglect guests even though it was almost breakfast closing time. They maintained order even for guests arriving just in time, and even after cleaning the utensils, they would still prepare breakfast for guests if needed – a great touch and commendable. At the end of the meal, they even asked if any guests wanted additional food, showing attention to detail. 🥳Highlights: This hotel doesn't recommend pets (an extra 500 RMB cleaning fee applies), but they are very thoughtful by providing dog cages in the underground parking lot. 🤗Areas for Improvement: The lint trap behind the hairdryer needs regular cleaning, as this is something guests frequently come into contact with. The water temperature adjustment is slow; I suggest adding a circulating heating system with constant temperature. 🤔Aspects for Guests: Some floors are non-smoking, and cigarette butts are not allowed. Smoking is also prohibited in guest rooms. The 200 RMB deposit is for carpet damage compensation, so please be mindful of smoking. There are designated smoking areas.

We love this hotel, despite some shortcomings. The location and facilities are beautiful and the food is teallly good. The restaurant service for some reason is dramatically chaotic, but we’ve gotten used to it. We had some inconsiderate guests in the room next to us who brought an entire barbecue set onto their balcony, stinking up our balcony and room. Sam was quick to move us to another room and was very apologetic. Hé is a true saving grace in this hotel. The recreation staff has also been very helpful and we had a lovely kayaking experience.

The hardware facilities are good, but the sanitation and services are unfortunately not up to par. I found hair on the bed when I just checked in. I called the front desk and asked for a replacement. When the waiter came, he had a very bad attitude and claimed that hair was normal, so he reluctantly changed it. The next day, I asked the hotel to give me a bottle of water, a brand I had never seen before, and it cost an extra 2 yuan.

Facilities: Super comprehensive, they even have razors and everything is quite new. Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic, even the bathtub was spotless and disinfected. Environment: Very quiet and comfortable. Service: Excellent service, the lady at the front desk explained everything patiently. Ashuro Onsen Ticket: Very comfortable, not too crowded, and very clean. The room was super spacious.

The room is clean and tidy, parking is convenient, the service is good, and the breakfast is not bad. Although it is simple, it is filling. There is an outlet shopping mall at the door, which is convenient for shopping. Overall, it is good and a five-star rating!

The air conditioning in the room was terrible; it's a central system and you can't adjust it, so the room felt like a sauna. To make matters worse, they checked someone else into our room before we had even checked out! After breakfast, we returned to find other people in our room. Our fruit and medicine were gone. They even asked us why we were entering the room! Luckily, I had my room key, otherwise, it would have been impossible to explain. The staff said they thought we had checked out because there was no luggage. We booked three rooms; couldn't they have just put our belongings in one of them? And how can they just enter a guest's room when they haven't checked out? What kind of service is that? I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I've encountered something so bizarre!

I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me. However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place.
