"The environment is quite nice, and the overall atmosphere is very grand, seemingly consisting of two buildings. The interior decor clearly indicates it's a long-established hotel. However, it suffers from many common problems of older hotels: outdated facilities and old-fashioned decor. Here are a few points that are of concern to many: the air conditioner is noisy, the heating is ineffective, and surprisingly, only one of the bedside electrical outlets is a two-prong outlet (I don't know who needs so many three-prong outlets these days).
There are also many commendable aspects, such as the beautiful bamboo grove surrounding the hotel and the clean swimming pool at the back, which clearly shows it's regularly maintained.
However, the facilities are simply too outdated! Even my parents haven't stayed in such an old hotel in a long time. I hope they can improve upon this."

"The private hot spring at the hotel was fantastic! It's so peaceful staying in the mountains. I'm not sure if it was because I booked through Trip.com, but they put me in the room furthest back, and I couldn't see anything from the balcony except trees. Overall, aside from the hotel facilities being a bit old, the service was good. The electric shuttle was always available when called, and the food was incredibly good value for money – pretty decent. We didn't go to the public hot springs because it was a holiday and too crowded, so we just used the one in our room. Overall, I'd recommend it to discerning travelers. If only the view from the private hot spring balcony stretched further, I'd give it a perfect score. I wonder if the rooms closer to the front are more expensive?"

"I have to say that this Vienna service is really super good, the room is also very clean, we brought a child to stay in a twin room, thinking about putting the bed together, after talking to the front desk, they are very strong execution, we told them to go to the store for half an hour, I have already helped me put it together when I arrived at the store, and I also changed the sheets and quilt cover for us. "I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me.
However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive.
The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind.
Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place."

The room's comfort was equally commendable. The space was very spacious, the room was spotless, and the gleaming floors and clean bedding provided a great sense of security. "A hotel with a nice environment. In the morning, we saw squirrels in the trees in the yard. We booked a room with a hot spring. The pool was very large and could be filled with water every few minutes. There was no limit on the number of times. Although we only filled it twice, it was much better than other hotels that only allowed one filling. The room facilities are indeed a bit old. The bathroom door was obscure and difficult to open, and the mattress made sleeping uncomfortable. You can open the door to the swimming pool from the balcony of the room. The water in the swimming pool is warm, and there are several open-air hot springs around. It is very convenient to take a bath after swimming. However, there are some leaves and large insects floating on the water in the children's area of the pool, which is a bit scary. I don't know how often the water is changed. The shallowest part of the pool is 1.2, which is a bit unfriendly to beginners."

Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Room Facilities: The room was spacious and bright. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom facilities were high-end and spotless, with attention to detail evident in touches like welcome fruit and turndown service.
Location: The location was extremely convenient. It's within walking distance to both attractions and shopping districts, and despite being surrounded by numerous dining options, the area was surprisingly quiet.
Special Compliments: A big thank you to the front desk for their exceptional service, including helping us with printing. Their friendly smiles made this stay a truly warm and memorable experience.

LLijuan ♪(^∇^*) This is my third visit this year, and I absolutely love this hotel, even though it's only 30 kilometers from my home. My favorite part is the large balcony, which offers a delightful view of the lake and lush green mountains, with high skies and drifting clouds – it's incredibly peaceful. The evenings are very quiet. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the breakfast at the restaurant is fantastic.

😇Environment: Rooms are on the 7th floor and above, featuring large, bright floor-to-ceiling windows. The lobby bar is spacious and suitable for reading or working, and there's also a private bar. China National Petroleum Corporation is right next to the hotel.
😇Service: The staff are responsive and helpful, promptly resolving any issues and providing timely reminders.
😇Room: The decor is European-style, with heavy, off-white wooden doors and carpets that complement each other well. Upon entering the room, the cabinets open slightly, allowing you to easily see the placement of items. There's a coffee table and chairs in front of the TV, not directly facing the bed, ensuring privacy.
😇Restaurant: The food selection was average. I went to the restaurant at 9:45 AM, and the staff didn't neglect guests even though it was almost breakfast closing time. They maintained order even for guests arriving just in time, and even after cleaning the utensils, they would still prepare breakfast for guests if needed – a great touch and commendable. At the end of the meal, they even asked if any guests wanted additional food, showing attention to detail.
🥳Highlights: This hotel doesn't recommend pets (an extra 500 RMB cleaning fee applies), but they are very thoughtful by providing dog cages in the underground parking lot.
🤗Areas for Improvement: The lint trap behind the hairdryer needs regular cleaning, as this is something guests frequently come into contact with. The water temperature adjustment is slow; I suggest adding a circulating heating system with constant temperature.
🤔Aspects for Guests: Some floors are non-smoking, and cigarette butts are not allowed. Smoking is also prohibited in guest rooms. The 200 RMB deposit is for carpet damage compensation, so please be mindful of smoking. There are designated smoking areas.

Let me talk about the only drawback. The row downstairs is full of barbecue shops. This is not a problem with the hotel. The problem is that the oil smoke will go up. It is recommended that you add money to book a room with windows, otherwise the room is full of oily smoke. Plus the hotel should be newly renovated, there is the formaldehyde smell of the decoration board, no window is very difficult

The millet porridge is not as good as the one I cook at home, but the sweet potatoes and corn are OK. I ordered the wrong order when I booked. I wanted to stay in a lake view room but it turned out to be a city view room. Fortunately, the boss upgraded me to a lake view room, but each has its own merits.
