Nestled at the foot of the mountain, the surroundings are very quiet, the air is fresh, and you can hear birds chirping. The staff are excellent, offering a warm welcome and detailed explanations. Sunny afternoons are the best time, making you feel completely at ease. You can watch sheep, go fishing 🎣, and pick plenty of fresh vegetables, especially the cherry tomatoes, which were incredibly delicious – everyone ate so much! We even took a lot home. Just two small suggestions: It would be best if the staff wore a unified uniform. While the service was excellent, it was hard to tell who was who. Also, it gets quite cold outdoors in the evenings this time of year, so a heater or a charcoal grill would be really essential! We were freezing in the outdoor gazebo at night 😂 Overall, it's still a great review.

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free; the bedding was soft and I slept soundly; the location was convenient for getting around; the front desk service was warm and efficient; and the facilities were complete and sufficient. The room was simple and comfortable, with meticulous attention to cleanliness; the air conditioning was quiet and didn't disturb my sleep; the surrounding area had convenient transportation and restaurants; and the price was affordable and great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to friends! 3. A very satisfying stay! The bedding was clean and stain-free; the bathroom was dry and odor-free; the location was easy to find and close to the subway station; the service was attentive and responsive; overall, it exceeded my expectations and offered excellent value for money!

I initially chose this hotel because it's pet-friendly, and overall, I was satisfied. Amenities: Movies, karaoke, ping pong, an infinity pool, afternoon tea, relaxation… Service: The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They offered complimentary tea by the hearth, and the food was brought to you wherever you chose to dine. It was all home-style cooking, and you could order in advance. A portable tea set and a fruit platter (redeemable with 1 point) were provided upon check-in. A complimentary gift was given upon check-out, and they even waved goodbye as your car left. The owner is a woman from Hunan, and I particularly admire her philosophy: none of the rooms have TVs, encouraging children to interact more, and the same goes for adults. Even strangers can have fun karaoke together. My only suggestion is that the coffee shop could be opened. I would recommend it for a weekend getaway!

本次三天兩晚的入住體驗整體落差極大，初見觀感尚可，但全程各類問題不斷，最後還出現疑似****不適，實在令人失望。 酒店剛開業，硬件設施、園區茶園景色、親子户外活動種類這些表層條件確實不錯。但房間空調存在明顯温控故障：我將温度調至26℃，室內實際温度卻低至22℃，入住第二天我直接受涼感冒。工作人員給出的解釋是空調清潔頻繁、房間密封性強，才會持續降温，這套説法完全無法讓人信服。雖不算重大故障，但温控系統缺陷屬實，入住舒適度大打折扣。 相比尚可的硬件，酒店服務、活動安排等軟性服務堪稱短板。酒店坐擁百畝茶園，也配備園區代步助力車，卻沒有任何紙質導覽地圖，管家發來的園區圖片指示不清，客人出行全靠自行摸索。 酒店整體運營完全優先“拍照打卡”，忽視遊客真實遊玩體驗。我們按時到場參與親子手作活動，卻被告知要為專業擺拍團隊（不理解是個什麼團隊）讓路；騎馬體驗也僅服務拍照，十五分鐘體驗流程，甚至想更深度延長時間的項目都沒有設定，流於形式。我本身不熱衷打卡拍照，這種重表面、輕體驗的運營模式，很難契合大灣區人民務實的出行需求。 各類親子活動看似豐富多彩，實際籌備毫無誠意，所有手作項目均交由無專業經驗的在校實習生負責。學生們衹能臨時網上查找教程帶孩子體驗，雖能看出實習生盡力配合，但足以看出酒店自身並未投入專業師資、標準化課程，活動質量敷衍潦草。 而本次行程最致命、最難以接受的問題，是餐飲安全隱患。三天兩晚全程我和孩子均在酒店內就餐，未在外食用任何食物。入住第二晚我突發嚴重腹瀉，起初誤以為是空調受涼便沒有及時反饋；後續腹瀉症狀持續加重，返程高速途中我多次緊急下高速尋找衞生間。回到深圳第二天，我症狀加重，直接前往醫院急診就診，結合就餐記錄與同步出現的腸胃不適，基本可以判定是酒店餐食引發腸胃問題。 距離用餐已過去兩日，我無法留存食物相關直接證據，但全程僅酒店就餐、同步腹瀉、就醫急診這些親身經歷均真實可證。 空有優美環境與嶄新硬件，卻在温控、配套指引、活動服務、餐飲安全多處出現嚴重疏漏，本次入住體驗極差，非常失望，不推薦家庭親子入住。

This hotel is truly nestled in the mountains, offering a beautiful environment. The butler service is very attentive, and the rooms are new and clean. The estate is quite large, and the shuttle service from the front desk to the sightseeing vehicles is very convenient. It's a great place for families with kids or for a relaxing fishing vacation.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. I had stayed there before. The experience was okay, so I booked it again. The room I was given this time had dead bugs on the bedding, and there were more than one or two. I don't know if it was because no one had stayed in the room for a long time or the bedding was not clean. After I checked in, I washed and worked first. I found dead bugs on the bed when I went to bed very late, so I cleaned it myself. The next day, I found the front desk and asked them to help change a set of bedding. The bedding used that night was cleaner. However, I stayed for two consecutive days. When checking in, the front desk only opened a valid room card for one day without informing me. As a result, I went back to the hotel at night and went to the room and ran down to reactivate the room card. The room was very far away, which made people angry. The front desk not only didn't say sorry, but also shirked the responsibility, which was speechless. In short, this experience was quite bad. The room facilities and environment are OK, the price-performance ratio is good, and it would be better if there were fewer strange accidents.

A brief escape from the city's hustle and bustle, a chance to clear my mind in the mountains and feel inner peace ☺️. I finally visited this courtyard hotel that I've had saved for ages. Not only is the environment incredibly picturesque 🙊, but it also has a private hot spring tub. Swimming during the day 🏊 and soaking in the hot spring at night ♨️ was truly chill. I didn't want to leave after my stay. It's exactly the tranquil slow-paced life I've been craving 🍃.

I am told (by locals) that its the best Hotel in this town. The room is clean and in good size, i slept very well. Fair cost /value relation. Breakfast may not be for a Westener’s taste but there is a coffeeshop and bakery minutes away to solve that. (I could not find a hotel directory in the room, or pencil and paper, and i think the shower / water mixer could deserve an update)

Overall it is worth recommending, I still want to say a few more words: 1. The core advantage is that it should be its own fishing field, which is really convenient. The fish mouth is also ok, and the water does not have a fishy smell, and the fish restaurant within five pounds is cleaned up for free. Optimization suggestion: the balcony guardrail of the lake view room is best to be remodeled. The current fixed type can't fish on the balcony at all. It is not easy to change the bait by the guardrail. Even if the fish is not easy to pull the fish. It feels more feasible to make a section of open guardrail, if you extend it directly outside the balcony and make a fishing platform, it will be perfect. 2. The location of the homestay is actually quite biased, but it is not bad to eat, live and play inside. There is also a tent room. My wife said it was quite good. I chose to see it. The children are more happy to play outside the amusement facilities. 3. The room hardware is actually okay, of course, it cannot be standardized compared with big hotels. But it is still recommended to change the shower to 99 yuan a millet, the current shower block is too powerful, take a bath is hard to wash the body hot. 4. Everything else is OK, the service is responsive.
