Danba Hotels with Free Breakfast

I originally booked another hotel but it was fully booked, so I booked this one and was very satisfied. It seems that I made the right decision. There is a small museum inside, and the hotel itself is a landscape. The housekeeper was very enthusiastic and introduced it in detail! The room is clean and well-equipped Breakfast is on the negative first floor All the vegetables are grown at home, freshly fried and cooked, the small corn tortillas are very fragrant It really feels like coming home. After much hesitation, I still want to write a review. Let's start with the good points: 1. The owners are very passionate and welcoming. 2. The lobby environment is decent; it has a somewhat secluded, idyllic feel. However, there are also obvious areas for improvement: 1. A 1.4k RMB guesthouse isn't cheap. There's an entrance fee to Jiaju, and other good guesthouses in Siguniang Mountain are around this price, or even cheaper. However, the room decor (especially the bathroom, which clashes with the overall style) feels more like a 600-700 RMB guesthouse. 2. The breakfast was also very ordinary. You shouldn't expect much from a guesthouse, but given its location, it should be better for this price. I'm not writing this to complain; I simply enjoy trying different hotels and guesthouses during my travels and am just objectively sharing my experience.

Words are not enough to describe my experience here. Hosts are amazing. They welcomed me in their wonderful local house, and I felt like at home from the beginning. I shared the meals with them, and food was more than delicious and original! There's a garden and all the fruits and vegetables come from there. Eggs, milk, meats and butter are locally sourced. The room was spacious, very comfortable, well decorated with original ******* design. The toilet was clean and hot water was always available. There's a rooftop from where you can admire the stunning landscapes. I miss this place and my friends so much: I'll definitely go back because this place is unique and unforgettable. My husband and I had a wonderful one-night stay in this hostel. Upon check-in, the hostel automatically upgraded our room to the next bigger size, without any additional charge. The room is super clean with perfect white sheets and towels. The hostess then introduced us to hike up from her hostel. The hike was easy with a few mooing cows walked past us, and the historic trees were just amazingly beautiful, not to mention the thousand-year's old towers to admire for. After the hike, we then sat down comfortably in the dining room to enjoy a simple but tasteful home-cooked meal. That night, I slept the best and longest during my entire 6-day's trip. Next morning, after a bowl of hot noodles with eggs and veggies, the hostess invited us to walk up to her own tower and even offered to take photos for us from the best spot. I highly recommended this hostel.

Years later, I will still recall talking with Mr. Yongzhong on the pleasant 360-degree panoramic balcony about their beliefs and their current lives. It was a homestay experience I had never had before.

It’s an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle, offering breathtaking views – perfect for unwinding and experiencing the unique beauty of the ******* villages. A special mention: dining options in Jiaju ******* Village are limited, so there’s no need to look far. The guesthouse's own restaurant absolutely outshines most eateries in Danba County!

This hot spring guesthouse nestled at the foot of the mountain is the perfect retreat. Opening the room window reveals lush greenery, and soaking in the open-air hot spring bath at night, with the water at the perfect temperature, offers breathtaking mountain views and the only sounds of insects and the wind. The butler service is attentive, and the mountain vegetable porridge and side dishes at breakfast are especially comforting. Escaping the hustle and bustle of the city, all fatigue is gently washed away by the hot spring water and mountain breeze – a truly healing journey worth revisiting.

We stayed with friends at this wonderful hotel and were satisfied! The rooms are cozy, clean, there is a stunning view of nature around, and the price is very pleasant. The interior of the hotel is decorated in a traditional style, which allows you to feel immersed in the local culture. In addition, the hosts are an incredibly friendly family that creates a truly homely atmosphere. They are very nice, cook delicious food and apples grow in their garden, which they treat the guests with! The owners are also very responsive - when I forgot the cape, they brought it to me in Danba, while again treating me to delicious fruits. Special thanks for the help with transportation and willingness to help with any questions that arise! If I have the opportunity to return to the neighborhood, I will choose this hotel!
