GGuest UserThe service was so bad it didn't feel like a chain restaurant. They tried to get a membership card as soon as I walked in, saying there would be a discount for extended stays, but in the end it wasn't even as cheap as booking online. They just bundled up my laundry and put it in a bag; it was wrinkled when I took it out. The front desk said they were out of large cups of coffee and had to split it into two cups, one for me and one for her.

GGuest UserThis stay experience really exceeded expectations! From the beginning of stepping into the hotel lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm of the staff. The check-in speed at the front desk is very fast, and the surrounding convenience facilities are also intimately introduced.
The room was very clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the fatigue of the journey was relieved when I lay down. The bathroom has plenty of hot water, the water pressure is also very suitable, the quality of the toiletries is good, with a faint fragrance.
The breakfast is very rich, both Chinese and Western, the ingredients are fresh, the taste is very good, especially the freshly made noodles, the master craftsmanship is superb. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, not far from the subway station and the business district, travel and shopping are very convenient.

GGuest UserI was traveling independently during the Spring Festival, and this hot spring hotel was the one I was most looking forward to, but the actual experience was quite poor. The hot spring didn't feel like an authentic hot spring. The outdoor hot spring would be very cold if the temperature was below 15°C. The so-called private hot spring rooms were just bathtubs connected to the hot spring, which didn't really qualify as private hot springs; you could only soak in hot water. The changing room was a complete mess.

LLaowangshoushouI booked this hotel randomly when I was rushing to Lianyungang during the May Day holiday. The service was very good. I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., but the front desk was still very enthusiastic and solved the problem in a timely manner. The breakfast was very rich and the children ate very well. I personally think that the decoration and facilities of the hotel are too old. I dare not touch anything, for fear that it will break into pieces if I touch it.
