"I took 10 minutes driving hotel from Clifton hill that is quite far away from sightseeing. I did not expect reception charged $47 for parking and My husband & I requested late check out when we went outside and come back the room and it was locked up so we had to go downstairs to reception to unlock the door. I was so upset that the receptionist service and I won’t come back here again🙁"

"This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) "We booked a queen-size bed but were upgraded to 2 queen beds upon check-in, which we didn't need, but thanks anyway. Unlike the other reviews I read, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. There were enough towels too which I like. We were just a bit distracted by the noise coming from the upper level but it’s a minor issue. Not enough hot water for the shower and please be careful as the tub is slippery when wet. They have a decent selection of breakfast too. May I just suggest that the lady making pancakes be jolly and smile at guests, as it adds positive vibes. 😊 Overall, even if it's not too close to the falls, we’ll definitely come back here."

"We stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience. Everything was so well prepared that we barely needed to leave the hotel. We loved the spa, indoor pool, wine bar, and ice cream bar. The wine bar was excellent and highly recommended. The location is amazing, Clifton Hill is surprisingly close, and the casino and indoor playground are just steps away. Breakfast and dinner were also great. We celebrated our anniversary here, and it became a trip we will never forget."

"Room is spacious and the view is incredible! The location not that bad just need to take a ramp to the falls for 4$ or you can purchase a WEGO package which cost u round 65$ and can take a bus with walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast is amazing about 42$ each not including tips and the room is kinda old but still not bad. They do not clean appropriately as I put my towels on floor but they didn’t remove it (as they told to be done that for get new towels)"

"Our room was freshly renovated and looked brand new! Super clean, modern, highly recommend. Walking distance to the incline railway and short walk to most everything else. If there's a downside, although we booked a falls view room and we were on the 16th floor, they gave us the corner so it was an awkward angle. They tried to upsell at check in to get a better view, which we declined. Could still see some of the falls and it was nice, just not as nice as we thought it was going to be from that room."

"It has been two months since I flew to Toronto from Hong Kong. This is the sixth hotel I have stayed at. The location is very good and the service is very good. The two of us stayed in two rooms, one standard room and one single room, one for five days and one for seven days. It's not expensive and the environment is good. The room is clean but there is no breakfast. We made several reservations because we were afraid of not being able to cancel. But after staying for two days, I thought it was good so I continued to place orders. The price/performance ratio is good. I will recommend it to friends and relatives in the area."

"Great location, but the room was a major bait-and-switch. We booked a ”river view” room for our honeymoon, but the room we received was worlds apart from the promotional photos. Our view was 85% parking lot and 15% river—and at night, the river view was completely non-existent. I understand showcasing the ”best room” online, but it felt misleading. Additionally, the Jacuzzi was located in the bedroom rather than the bathroom as pictured, meaning we froze walking across the room to the shower to rinse off. We had notified the hotel weeks prior about our late check-in and our honeymoon. When we approached the front desk about the room mismatch, the staff member was understanding and helpful, but offered an Applebee's breakfast voucher to compensate. When we refused, they told us ”it was not a big deal” to just accept it. While I know they were trying to help, that specific phrasing felt dismissive given the situation. Pros: ＞ Location: Incredibly convenient, located right near the Falls Incline Railway. ＞Service: Check-out was extremely fast and seamless.Amenities: General hotel amenities were okay. Cons: ＞Vouchers: The hotel dining vouchers are pretty underwhelming. We used one for Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse and it still came out to almost $200 CAD, which in my opinion, was not worth it. ＞Room Reality: The layout and view were huge letdowns compared to what was advertised. The light switch for the bathroom in our was was also wonky -- If you move it wrong it doesn't turn on. Overall, the location is great, but don't expect the rooms to look exactly like the photos on the listing."

"It might have been my mistake for not checking thoroughly, but charging CAD30.00 for what they call 'private parking' seems exorbitant. If they're hiding parking fees to make the room rate look lower, effectively increasing the total cost, I'd suggest staying at a higher-grade hotel. There can be a significant difference between 170,000 KRW and 200,000 KRW. I recommend checking if other hotels in Niagara also charge for parking. There are many cheaper options nearby for $5 or $10."
