Niagara Falls Hotels with Wifi

"Great location, but the room was a major bait-and-switch. We booked a ”river view” room for our honeymoon, but the room we received was worlds apart from the promotional photos. Our view was 85% parking lot and 15% river—and at night, the river view was completely non-existent. I understand showcasing the ”best room” online, but it felt misleading. Additionally, the Jacuzzi was located in the bedroom rather than the bathroom as pictured, meaning we froze walking across the room to the shower to rinse off. We had notified the hotel weeks prior about our late check-in and our honeymoon. When we approached the front desk about the room mismatch, the staff member was understanding and helpful, but offered an Applebee's breakfast voucher to compensate. When we refused, they told us ”it was not a big deal” to just accept it. While I know they were trying to help, that specific phrasing felt dismissive given the situation. Pros: ＞ Location: Incredibly convenient, located right near the Falls Incline Railway. ＞Service: Check-out was extremely fast and seamless.Amenities: General hotel amenities were okay. Cons: ＞Vouchers: The hotel dining vouchers are pretty underwhelming. We used one for Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse and it still came out to almost $200 CAD, which in my opinion, was not worth it. ＞Room Reality: The layout and view were huge letdowns compared to what was advertised. The light switch for the bathroom in our was was also wonky -- If you move it wrong it doesn't turn on. Overall, the location is great, but don't expect the rooms to look exactly like the photos on the listing."

"This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) "The room was cute and has a historic rustic look. Although charming, it lacked some basic amenities such as mini refrigerator and the tv was in an entertainment armoire and the doors would open but the latches did not allow it to stay open. It would swing close on its own so we couldn’t watch tv. The breakfast was $22 each with amazing comfortable seating and just okay with 4 choices: avocado toast, egg plate, French toast, or oatmeal. There is ihop across street more food for buck. Parking is 40 a day but there is parking around between 10-20 a day. The location is good with a lot of local favorites around and everything walking distance. There is an outside leisure good for social with music and lounge. Not able to see the falls from hotel but you can hear it from afar. There is a nice scenic walking trail to the falls. Front desk clerks were kind and helpful. Hall looked gloomy in my area room 309 and the shower pipes made loud knocking noise after a shower. Good for a one day stay just needs some small adjustments- not updates."

"Our room was freshly renovated and looked brand new! Super clean, modern, highly recommend. Walking distance to the incline railway and short walk to most everything else. If there's a downside, although we booked a falls view room and we were on the 16th floor, they gave us the corner so it was an awkward angle. They tried to upsell at check in to get a better view, which we declined. Could still see some of the falls and it was nice, just not as nice as we thought it was going to be from that room."

"We had spent two nights in the hotel with my family this time. The front desk was not too friendly when we first checked in, however the other staff in the front desk was very helpful when we asked about directions when we checked out the last day. The room was ok clean however we had found a swimsuit pricetag underneath the bedsheet. There are no coffee, no water bottles, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush. Only decaf coffee and tea bags were there. We had enjoyed their swimming pool and hot tub downstairs. We also had dinner in the Keg restaurant downstairs. Overall, location is good, we were hoping if they could provide free parking but they charged around $28 daily."

"Hotel location: good and quiet , close to the casino and entertainment . The accommodation fee is very affordable, Staff is helpful and polite. i will stay at this hotel if I visited Niagara Falls again."

"We stayed here for 1 night. We were allowed early check in for free due to it not being peak season. We booked a full falls view. Our room was fairly big and extremely clean. The bathroom came complete with a spa bath, which was lovely after being out in the cold. We were in walking distance to a casino, now I've been to Vegas, but this was massive and made me feel like I was back in Las Vegas. We were also within walking distance to all the Niagara Falls attractions. The hotel had offers for breakfast and dinner, which at the time was really good value for money. There is Starbucks in the hotel along with other shops, which we found were good value for money. We got some souvenirs cheaper than the local shops in the area. Niagara Falls isn't cheap, the Hilton is a welcome break, value for money, great customer service kinda place. We would visit here again. I didn't get pictures of the room, but I did take a picture from a small portion of the views we got from our room. It was foggy, that was out of the hotel's control...and the infinity mirror gave me Poltergeist vibes, but in a very good way, I love nostalgia!"

"The location is excellent. We booked a room with a waterfall view, and we could see the waterfall right from our room. Actually, even rooms without a direct waterfall view can still enjoy it from the hotel's elevator viewing platform, which is great. Perhaps on the day we checked in, several large tour groups arrived, making the hotel lobby chaotic. We waited a long time for the elevator. We had breakfast vouchers included with our room, but they expired before we could use them, and the restaurant front desk wouldn't refund them, nor would Ctrip. The restaurant food was delicious. However, the Starbucks downstairs had rather poor service. After buying food and drinks, I asked for a cup of hot water and they wanted to charge me for it. The front desk said it was free, but I just gave up on it. I don't know if they provide different services to different guests, but I wasn't impressed. I kicked the foot of the bed with my slippers multiple times, and it hurt like crazy. This is a significant design flaw, especially with children around, it could cause serious injury. The staff, however, were excellent. The lock on my luggage broke, and a maintenance guy found tools to fix it, which was fantastic! 👍"

"I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations the room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning views of Niagara Falls. A special thank you to Agnes at the front desk for her exceptional hospitality. We arrived quite late at around 10 PM, and she warmly welcomed us with chocolates upon check-in. She also kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and breathtaking views made our stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future."

"Great location, can see fireworks at the falls from our room directly (cant see the falls) and short walking distance to Clifton hill. The luggage storage was very nice and safe, they provided a room with a lock on it. However, the fan in our room was a bit noisy, also amenities are down in the reception, which is self served. Toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers were not provided. Also not to mention the water pressure was weak for the shower. Also found a spider on the night stand. Overall, it is what you will expect for a 3-star hotel, and the price decent given that it is near tourist attractions, except for that spider."
