Niagara Falls Hotels with Wifi

"The location was great, the rooms was clean, friendly staff. About 9:30pm the heater in the room started making a popping sound every few minutes. Maintenance came, but couldn't get it to stop. I was taken to another room, but maintenance couldn't get the heater to blow hot air - it was blowing cold air. I was taken to another room - maintenance put the heater on, but it kept shutting off. Head maintenance said to put the heat higher - he did and assured me it would be fine 3rd room. During the night the heater shut off and never came back on again. I woke up at 4am because I was cold. I was afraid to touch the heater for fear it would start blowing cold air, so just pulled the blanket/sheets up higher and went back to sleep. When I told front desk of the issues in the morning on check out, they said they could take off the parking fee, but nothing more because I booked through a 3rd party. I was stressed when I decided to take a night away. The stress of being ushed around to 3 separate rooms and then the heat going off when it's still cold outside created even more stress. Staff was friendly, maintenance was helpful and friendly, but let's face it, I went there to be relaxed and de-stress. Didn't happen."

"This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) "The service was enthusiastic and the environment was pretty good, nothing spectacular but decent. Parking was convenient, though it cost money. Overall, it's good value for money and very close to the waterfall. Parking was easy."

"The best falls view room in Niagara! You can overlook the entire Niagara Falls without even leaving your room. The breakfast restaurant also offers an unobstructed view of the falls. The bathtub with a spa feature was incredibly comfortable. If possible, I highly recommend visiting in winter; the snowy, icy falls view is truly breathtaking."

"The check-in experience was smooth, thanks to Samantha at the reception who provided clear and helpful information. I appreciated being assigned a room that matched my preference—away from the lift. We had a brief stay at the room for dropping the luggage before heading out to explore around. I noticed some cleanliness issues upon entering the room after the fireworks show, particularly hair on the floor at the entrance and in the washroom, which made me question if it had been properly cleaned beforehand. I informed the front desk about the issue in the next morning. Thankfully, Satveer promptly addressed the issue while I was out, and I returned to a much cleaner room. The bed and pillows were ideally firm—just what we needed for a good night’s rest. One downside was the loud noise from the air conditioner, which affected the overall comfort slightly."

"The view was insane! We arrived earlier than check-in time because of the rain, and they let us check in early. The room was also clean. However, the heater in the room was broken. We asked for it to be fixed, and they did, but it still wasn't working properly."

"I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance"

"A simple motel with free parking, which is great! There is also free wireless Internet access, not far from the waterfall area. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, but the building is not very high. The highest is probably the 3rd or 4th floor. If you have a lot of luggage, you may want to make a note to stay on the first floor!"

"The staff is great but the hotel is run down. I paid $220 for a night and the carpet was all lifting in the room. They tried to hide it with a chair. The hallway carpets are disgusting and leave the halls smelling musty. The best part though, kids staying with us and they put us in a room where the window was so cracked that one wrong tumble into that window you’d be gone. They thought packers clear tape would fix it."

"Within walking distance to Niagara Falls, There is also a convenience store nearby, so I thought the location was very good. I stayed for 2 nights, but unfortunately I was told that the room could only be cleaned from the 3rd day onwards. The room itself was clean and comfortable. It was a hotel that I would like to stay at again if I have the opportunity."
