Fuyang Hotels with Free Breakfast

The location is excellent, not far from the attractions, and the dining next to it is very rich. The room is large, fully equipped, hot water is sufficient, laundry detergent lotion conditioner is everything. The front desk and the hotel's overall service are warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is quite rich, but the freshly cooked wonton has a kind of shredded pork noodles. The only dissatisfaction is that there may be a problem with hygiene. After I checked in, I found a blood spot on the sheets. I didn't want to trouble it. As a result, I passed by the front desk and happened to hear the front desk girl picking up a complaint call about the sheets. 😂 I hope the store attaches great importance to improving it!

Warmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

The room was excellent and the breakfast was delicious – highly recommend! Plus, the facilities are great, with laundry services and a gym. The little garden outside the breakfast area is also a big plus!

It was my first time to come to Fuyang to watch the Zebra Music Festival. It was very quiet. Two bottles of beer were given with the ticket, which was very ceremonial. It was only ten minutes away from the Zebra Music Festival. The breakfast was also very good. There was a manager with glasses at the breakfast who was very nice, considerate and gentle in his words. Because I was very tired after watching the first show the day before, the front desk didn’t call to inform us to check out today, fearing that it would affect our rest. Every detail was very touching. Thank you Fuyang, thank you Atour, I am really, really satisfied! Come again next time!

The staff were extremely helpful & professional. I decor was lovely with nice art, flower's and teddy bears. A real cute feel. The room was cleaned daily. New clean soft  sheets each day was appreciated. The bed was soft and comfortable. Air conditioner was appreciated. The WiFi worked well. The lounge was comfortable to use.  The room snacks were tasty. I loved the ice creams from the foyer. Providing bottled water was appreciated. The breakfast was filling. I found the fruit such as watermelon to be so tasty. A high quality washing machine was helpful.  The location is central  and handy to lovely restaurants, a park, banks.  Easy to get a Didi  Thank you

This stay really exceeded expectations and must be praised. The front desk staff is gentle and courteous, the check-in speed is very fast, there are unclear places will be explained in detail, there is no perfunctory in the whole process, people feel very comfortable as soon as they enter the door. The room was cleaned, all corners were cleaned up, the supporting facilities were all available, the air conditioning and cooling effect was particularly good, and I slept quietly all night. The location is also very dominant, it is convenient to go shopping and eat, the overall price is full, whether it is a business trip or a short trip is very suitable, I will choose this next time I come, I really recommend it to everyone!

I chose this hotel during the Fuyang Marathon. Miss Yang Guo at the front desk warmly received us and learned that we were participating in the marathon. She also specially sent cards and fruits with blessings and refueling, providing full emotional value. The hotel room was clean and tidy, very quiet at night, and slept very soundly. The next day, the competition was full of spirit and the medal was won smoothly. Thank you very much Buckingham Palace, I will definitely come back next year!

Very beautiful hotel, one of the best! Private parking with charging. It would be a great hotel to stay at if it weren't for the horribly strong smell of smoke in the rooms. I hope they add non-smoking rooms in future.

The service at this hotel is really great! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel also has a self-service laundry room and buffet. The room was also very clean and comfortable, the bed was very soft and comfortable, and the room had a power card, which brought a pleasant stay.
