Hotan City Hotels with Free Breakfast

My overall stay exceeded expectations; I was very satisfied in all aspects. The front desk staff were professional and friendly, very personable, and communication was smooth throughout, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The hotel offers plenty of perks: free parking made traveling worry-free, so self-driving guests don't need to stress about parking. Free coffee in the common areas, rich in aroma, was available anytime. Plus, the free laundry and free gym were incredibly practical services, easily meeting my laundry and fitness needs while away from home. The room was very spacious, open and not at all cramped, with a simple yet elegant interior design. The mattress and bedding were just right—neither too soft nor too firm—ensuring maximum comfort. Breakfast was a real surprise: fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and a wide variety, leaving me fully satisfied every day. The hotel's overall cleanliness was meticulous, showing attention to detail. With thoughtful service and excellent facilities, my stay was incredibly pleasant, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Friendly service with excellent breakfast and clean linen. The hotel provides pickup service from/to. the airport and the train station. Patient and helpful driver who patiently waited for us to check in at the train station and only left when we informed him that the train would be leaving on schedule. Our earlier train was cancelled due to sand storm and the hotel kindly allowed us to extend the checkout time.

Conclusion: Fantastic! Highly recommended! Reason: The front desk staff, Kiser, is very meticulous and thoughtful, attentive, handsome, and lovely. The other front desk staff are all beautiful and cheerful ladies. If you value good looks, you can definitely stay here! They have a great 'no-nonsense' rule at their hotel; interested friends can visit and experience it themselves. Although it was only a one-night stay, many last-minute requests were handled very well. For example, asking the front desk to help send a package or coordinating a late check-out. In short, if I ever return to Hotan, I will choose this hotel again. 👍👍👍👍👍

I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. The location is in the old town so it's easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor which I thought was a nice touch. The room is very spacious (even the bathroom), with lots of storage space. I like the modern decor and the shower is very good quality. My room had a nice view of the city and even included a balcony! But there wasn't a door so I couldn't access it 😞 I was a little disappointed about that. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a language barrier but that didn't stop them from helping me with my needs in a polite and professional way.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the Hotan Night Market, which has a lot of good stuff and is just across the street. It's also a short 8-yuan taxi ride to Hotan Tuan City. The hotel offers free parking. We ate breakfast before leaving the parking lot, and the front desk staff was very accommodating. We called them after breakfast, and they entered our license plate number so we wouldn't be charged for exceeding the time limit.

The hotel is a standalone building with convenient parking. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, some room facilities need timely maintenance, such as the loose faucet in the sink and the weatherstripping on the bathroom door that falls off with a touch. The breakfast selection was also a bit limited. I suggest these areas for improvement.

The manager 张健 is very kind, and even showed me where to get some good food. 热孜亚 at the front desk worked hard to provide assistance. Overall, the hotel is good value for money and I would reccomen it to any foreign traveler.

The staff is very professional and helpful. We received a room upgrade without asking, and the room quality was amazing: very modern, clean, comfortable, with all the necessary amenities (kettle, tea, TV, fridge, great shower, armchairs). All in all, it was probably one of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in while traveling in China.

Free parking, unlimited mineral water, breakfast is very good, the service attitude is very satisfactory, the hygiene is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the price is not expensive in the city. The hotel has a strong New Year atmosphere and is very grand, giving people a very warm feeling, almost like going home. The hotel environment is also very good, and the hygiene is also in place. It is a hotel with a great staying experience. Whether it is the concierge, front desk or room service staff, they are all very enthusiastic.
