My overall stay exceeded expectations; I was very satisfied in all aspects. The front desk staff were professional and friendly, very personable, and communication was smooth throughout, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The hotel offers plenty of perks: free parking made traveling worry-free, so self-driving guests don't need to stress about parking. Free coffee in the common areas, rich in aroma, was available anytime. Plus, the free laundry and free gym were incredibly practical services, easily meeting my laundry and fitness needs while away from home. The room was very spacious, open and not at all cramped, with a simple yet elegant interior design. The mattress and bedding were just right—neither too soft nor too firm—ensuring maximum comfort. Breakfast was a real surprise: fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and a wide variety, leaving me fully satisfied every day. The hotel's overall cleanliness was meticulous, showing attention to detail. With thoughtful service and excellent facilities, my stay was incredibly pleasant, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Friendly service with excellent breakfast and clean linen. The hotel provides pickup service from/to. the airport and the train station. Patient and helpful driver who patiently waited for us to check in at the train station and only left when we informed him that the train would be leaving on schedule. Our earlier train was cancelled due to sand storm and the hotel kindly allowed us to extend the checkout time.

The overall stay experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located right next to the Hotan Night Market, making food, drinks, and entertainment super convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, equipped with smart facilities. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was reliable. The front desk service was warm and efficient, breakfast was delicious, and parking was free. I've attached three real photos of the hotel exterior, guest room, and breakfast. It's suitable for both business trips and tourism in Hotan, definitely worth staying.

This stay was great! The front desk clerk was very patient and considerate, and took the initiative to recommend nearby charging stations. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with stable hot water 24 hours a day. It is very convenient to eat around, and the food street can be reached in a few minutes' walk. Next time I come to Kuqa, I will definitely choose this hotel!

I have entered Xinjiang from Lingnan. I have stayed at Yudu Hetian Lan'ou Hotel for the first time and have this Yashe in the downtown area. I am a blessing for travelers. Lan'ourong Art is in the residence, the exhibition is elegant, the living room is bright and peaceful, the bed is soft, and the water heating is constant. Adjacent to the Tuancheng Night Market, the scenery of Nanjiang is very convenient. The waiter is modest and well-equipped. Traveling in the dust, you can rest and rest here, in the desert border city, find a place to rest calmly, far better than the ordinary hall. Would you like a more condensed version of the alternative?

Hygiene: It looks exceptionally clean. Environment: Beautiful, with great views of Tuan City. Service: The service attitude was excellent, and I was very satisfied. Xianjiang Specialty Dried Fruits: Their dried fruits were also delicious, and they even provided breakfast. I'm truly very satisfied.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the Hotan Night Market, which has a lot of good stuff and is just across the street. It's also a short 8-yuan taxi ride to Hotan Tuan City. The hotel offers free parking. We ate breakfast before leaving the parking lot, and the front desk staff was very accommodating. We called them after breakfast, and they entered our license plate number so we wouldn't be charged for exceeding the time limit.

The staff is very professional and helpful. We received a room upgrade without asking, and the room quality was amazing: very modern, clean, comfortable, with all the necessary amenities (kettle, tea, TV, fridge, great shower, armchairs). All in all, it was probably one of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in while traveling in China.

I chose this place because it was convenient for going out. Based on the principle that doing business is not easy, I am used to giving good reviews. Although I am still in the process of renewing my stay, I have given it a bad review. On the first day of staying here, I said that there was no need to change the sheets, and a simple cleaning would be enough. As a result, it was really disappointing. The table was not wiped, the washbasin was not wiped, and the garbage was not thrown away. We didn’t have a rag, otherwise I would clean it myself. I asked the front desk to arrange for two more bottles of water (the weather was dry, so we could accept the extra payment. The room itself only had two bottles of Nongfu Spring). The waiter came to deliver it with a look of impatience. Aren’t ethnic comrades supposed to be trained before taking up their posts? Aren’t they supposed to use polite language? Why did he roll his eyes? This is my experience after three days of staying here. Friends from the mainland should be cautious. Maybe I have too high expectations.

Ctrip shows that there is a laundry room, fake. The front desk of the hotel said no. There used to be, but now it is changed to use the sheets and quilts internally. Please update the description and don't mislead tourists. Especially for self-driving tourists, the laundry room is very important.
