What a beautiful hotel, from outside to inside. It's located just outside Xitang Scenic Area, but they have a backdoor through the garden where the staff can escort and bring guests thru so you don't have to pay again for a ticket to enter the attraction. Every bit of the room is spacious, from the bathroom to shower area to the bedroom. I love how the bed faces a full ceiling to floor window where you can wake up to a lovely view while still lying in bed. The bed and pillows are firm and comfy. The water pressure in the shower is good but hard to control the temperature. The hair dryer is a little weak and took a while to dry my short hair. The room also came with a generous plate of fresh fruits. Service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast buffet was simple, nothing fancy but the usual staples are there and food quality is ok. The live noodles station was the best for me, can't go wrong with hot noodles soup & wantons, especially on a cold morning. Was given a beautiful tea cup as a farewell gift at check-out. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend anyone planning to stay a night at Xitang to stay here!

A fantastic staycation experience. The facilities were impeccable, both in terms of amenities and service. The gym, while compact, was surprisingly well-equipped, and even during peak hours, it wasn't overly crowded, making for a pleasant workout. Overall cleanliness was excellent. I noticed a slight stain on a pillow which was promptly replaced. Later, I accidentally spilled a blueberry drink late at night, and the staff were incredibly responsive in cleaning it up – a major plus! The surroundings were breathtaking, brimming with exquisite design. The central courtyard's pond and pavilion exuded a beautiful traditional Chinese aesthetic. The service was enthusiastic yet discreet, striking the perfect balance throughout our stay. I would definitely love to visit again!

The environment is elegant, transportation is convenient, and the service is attentive. We received a notification from the front desk the day before check-in, confirming our check-in time and providing us with our location. Thank you very much for making our trip perfectly arranged. Although the hotel is located within a scenic area, it is very quiet and comfortable. The entrance and exit to the scenic area are just a stone's throw away, saving time and allowing more time to explore. The room was clean, tidy, bright, and comfortable, with separate wet and dry areas. Our room also had a small library, which the children loved. It was a wonderful trip!

We chose this hotel for our family trip to Xitang with our child, and our stay was an absolute delight – truly a hidden gem for families! The vanity height was just right, so our child could easily wash hands and brush teeth independently, which was super convenient. The lighted vanity mirror was also a nice touch for mom's touch-ups. The beds were soft and comfortable, and with a king-sized bed plus an extra bed, there was plenty of room for the whole family without feeling crowded – our child could roll around freely without any worries. The hallway carpets were soft, so we didn't have to worry about bumps or falls if our child ran around. The warm lighting created a cozy atmosphere, making it feel just like home. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They proactively offered to help with our luggage when they saw we had a child and thoughtfully asked if we needed any children's amenities (like small slippers or rinse cups) – they really thought of everything! Whether it's a short family getaway or a longer trip, this hotel is perfectly suited for families. The thoughtful design, attentive service, and comfortable environment made for a happy stay for our child and allowed us parents to relax properly. I've already recommended it to all my friends with kids, and we'll definitely be back!

The B&B's location is super convenient and easy to find, very close to the scenic spots. The breakfast was also really rich and delicious. The environment is beautiful; I really love it here and will definitely come back again. Here, I witnessed the beautiful beginning of my love story with her, and I hope this place marks a wonderful start for us, where we can understand and cherish each other. We don't need grand gestures, just to walk hand-in-hand through life's small moments.

I passed by Xitang with my colleagues and came in for a walk and stayed for one night. It was easy to find just a little bit inside the north gate. The lights in the scenic area were turned on shortly after we entered at night. The weather was not too hot yet, so it was suitable for a night tour. The lady at the front desk was very nice and guided us very conveniently. We checked in that evening. Accommodation and parking were free. I have been to Xitang many times and will consider staying there next time. The hotel is in the scenic area and is very convenient for sightseeing.

I bought a pre-sale package for 599, which included hot springs. The hotel itself has great facilities, and the environment, room size, and cleanliness are all good. However, the accompanying Yunlanwan Hot Spring Center felt just so-so. The indoor hot springs were dimly lit, and the facilities seemed a bit old. But considering the pre-sale price, I guess it was still decent value for money. It's a good place to bring kids; there's even a small train and animals in the Flower Sea Paradise across the way.

Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free! The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore! If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!

First time here, and we got upgraded to a Four Seasons room right at check-in. The room was huge and even had a private hot tub, which was fantastic! You can use your room card to access the hot springs twice a day, and even go again after checking out the next day, which is super convenient. The hot springs have both indoor and outdoor sections; my favorite were the indoor massage pools and the heated stone beds. There's also a swimming pool, and they offer complimentary red date tea if you get thirsty. The butler and front desk staff were very warm and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel offers a buffet dinner and an à la carte restaurant, which is a nice touch. Breakfast had a great variety too. It rained during our stay, so we didn't get to explore the surroundings much, but it's very close to Shanghai, so we'll definitely be back!

Come to play in the scenic spot, and my boyfriend wants to find a place with a good sanitary environment nearby. Although it is near the scenic spot, it is not noisy, very quiet, and the living is very comfortable. The front desk staff is also good at serving. The picture can be referenced.
