"I chose this hotel on the spur of the moment. I originally wanted to go to Wuzhen, but the traffic was too bad, so I was just walking around looking for a place. I finally paid on Ctrip at 4:44 PM and arrived at the hotel at 6:30 PM! At first, I thought it was a bit warm, maybe the staff had turned on the air conditioning early. But after a while, it got really hot. It was so hot that I couldn't even eat the takeout I ordered. I was so hot that I could only stay in my underwear! So I turned the air conditioning to cooling, initially at 24 degrees Celsius, but it was still hot. I opened the door and the window, then set it to 16 degrees Celsius, but it was still hot. The room was consistently 30.5 degrees Celsius. The most ridiculous thing was that hot air was blowing in through the open window. I was wondering what was going on when I realized during the day that we had been put in a room above all the air conditioning units, so it was all hot air! Last night, I called the front desk and found out that the heating was on, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling at all. It was already past 10 PM, and they wanted to change my room. I had already packed up and didn't want the hassle, so they gave me a fan. Without the fan, I couldn't sleep at all. It was constantly running, and I was so hot and irritable, always drenched in sweat! Since they had a room to change to, why didn't they just give me a less hot room? It's really ridiculous! The three of us tossed and turned all night, unable to sleep. Our heads were about to explode from the heat! The child even got a nosebleed from the heat. We really rushed into choosing this terrible place. The Ctrip website described it as a sauna, which probably means a sauna in the room! Plus, the toilet kept emitting a foul odor. We were drinking tons of water because of the heat and even ordered ice cream delivery. They called to say they'd deliver five bottles of water, but customer service said they could only deliver four per day! Maybe they just want us to use the large ten-yuan bottles of water in the room! We wanted to get up early for breakfast, but we couldn't sleep until 2 or 3 am, so we went to the restaurant to have some coffee to wake up. The child is over 1.5 meters tall, and they strictly charged the adult rate. I've stayed at so many hotels that are either free or half-price; this is the first time I've paid full price! The food in the restaurant was also terrible. The noodles were tasteless, and the service was bad. The week before last, I stayed at a Hilton where the noodles were delicious and I wrote a positive review. This place deserves a bad review because the food was awful! The last night of 2025, and all my bad luck has run out! The toilets in this newly opened hotel smell awful! [Emm][Emm] And the hairdryer isn't even a Leica brand, it's some cheap knock-off Dyson! It smelled so bad I could barely stand up, and I could still smell the sewers! [Frustrated]"
