GGuest UserThe environment is beautiful and there are few people. There's a dedicated shuttle service and many unique activities like Thangka painting, incense making, ******* clothing try-on, and horseback riding. There's also a little dog named Huahua in the lobby who is super well-behaved and friendly. The food is excellent and the service is superb. There's free coffee, and if you miss breakfast, they'll deliver it to your room. On our check-out day, we hadn't planned for lunch, but they still made us free noodles. It's incredibly humane and warm, providing great emotional value. Highly recommended if your budget allows. I'm actually a lazy person and never write reviews proactively, but I truly feel this place was worth every penny.

GGuest UserGreat place! The rooms are new and the service is really warm and accommodating. They pretty much fulfill any request you have, and it's super convenient for getting to the attractions. I had a really pleasant stay.
The environment is quite nice, there's a backyard which is very relaxing, and the price is reasonable. The mini-bar is really practical, I have to mention that. I ended up chatting with the owner late into the night – he's very personable and has a clear vision.

SShuiqianzTo visit Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, I specifically chose this hotel for a good rest, staying for two nights. It turned out to be the right choice.
Perhaps because the peak season hadn't arrived yet, the hotel staff had ample energy to serve every guest, and they were truly attentive throughout our stay. After parking, someone helped open the car door and carried our luggage. The front desk staff, Anna, helped upgrade our room type, arranged complimentary breakfast, reminded us about altitude sickness precautions, and explained how to use the room facilities. After our trip to Jiuzhaigou, they arranged a bathing set for the room and even helped coordinate our travel photography. All the housekeeping and hotel staff were very polite. Especially a male staff member we met in front of the Chinese restaurant, who gave us useful tips on parking.
Additionally, we purchased the hotel's dinner buffet, which offered a rich selection, plenty of seafood, and prompt plate changes. Breakfast was also a very pleasant dining experience.
The hotel facilities are excellent, the decor is grand and beautiful, and privacy is well-maintained. Inside, there's a charming street where you can buy handicrafts, a children's activity room, and a travel photography studio. If you don't want to dine at the hotel, you can also consider the small shops across the street, which are also delicious.
When we booked, the hotel included three travel photo shoots. I looked at the samples from the 'New Era Travel Photography' studio and thought they were quite good. I wanted a ******* traditional costume photoshoot, and the makeup wasn't the 'influencer' style. So I decided to upgrade the package and included my husband in the shoot. The overall efficiency was high, and I was spoiled for choice when selecting photos. After upgrading the package, I ended up choosing even more.

AAnonymous UserI came during the off-season, thinking it would be cheaper, but even budget hotels like Quanji were still around 500-600 RMB a night. I'm not sure why this one had a discount, so I decided to give it a try.
It was excellent! Super high value for money! I checked, and the room type was a bit smaller than some others, but for me alone, it was perfectly fine.
It's about a 20-minute walk to the scenic area, but the hotel offers a shuttle service, which is perfect.
It's conveniently located between two bus stops, making it easy to catch the shuttle bus to the scenic area. You can see the hotel's sign as soon as you reach the alley entrance.
There are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby; it's very lively.
Houses are so competitive now! I didn't expect a hotel for 200 RMB a night to have a WeChat butler on call. That's impressive.
I ordered a milk tea to the lobby and told the staff I'd come down to pick it up later. To my surprise, they delivered it directly to my room! (ᴗˬᴗ*)
It's a great place; I'd definitely consider staying here again if I come back.
Oh, and by the way, the bath towels are disposable. If you mind, remember to bring your own towel.

GGuest UserOn a business trip to Chengdu, I decided to take a spontaneous trip to Jiuzhaigou. I got off the high-speed train in a T-shirt and shorts and was absolutely freezing. After the hotel arranged a business car to pick me up, the owner personally drove me to buy clothes and a windbreaker. He even picked me up again after I finished eating and took me back to the hotel. This level of service was incredibly thoughtful! I'd love to go back again.

The service was consistently attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The concierge was responsive, and every detail was handled meticulously. Our room was quiet and comfortable, blending ******* aesthetics with modern sophistication. Just relaxing in the room, we could fully immerse ourselves in the spiritual essence of Jiuzhai's mountains and waters. Our three-day, two-night stay was incredibly pleasant and absolutely maximized our vacation experience!

FFuyingmingziThe environment here is absolutely beautiful, and the air is incredibly fresh. It's the perfect choice if you're looking to connect with nature. The hotel is located on a mountain, and they offer free shuttle services between the hotel and the East Plaza of Huamei Shengdi at the foot of the mountain, which takes about 10 minutes. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, and the service attitude is excellent.

GGuest UserTraveling to Jiuzhaigou and chose this Vienna Hotel – absolutely no regrets! The parking lot is huge and free, with slow-charging EV chargers at just over one yuan per kWh, so there's no need to fight for a spot. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and gentle; check-in only took a few minutes, and they patiently answered all our questions. The room was spotless, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the hot water came on quickly, which was perfect for a refreshing shower after a long day at the scenic area. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the park entrance, saving us the hassle of finding a taxi. The value for money here in Jiuzhai is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time! The front desk staff even helped us arrange transportation, saving us the trouble of finding a taxi ourselves. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Upon check-in, I received a complimentary seabuckthorn juice, which was surprisingly tasty. A major plus is that it's just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area entrance, making it incredibly convenient. There's also a McDonald's and a bubble tea shop downstairs, so food and drinks are easily accessible. The front desk staff and servers were very professional and efficient at resolving any issues. I hope to stay here again on my next visit.
