Hot Spring Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

Facilities: I was completely surprised to find such a wonderful B&B in Jiuzhaigou. Even within the guesthouse, every facility, from the elevator to the lobby, from the private hot spring baths in the rooms to the smart toilets and toiletries, was truly exceptional. I was completely surprised by the quality of the B&B and was very satisfied. Cleanliness: It was exceptionally clean. From the moment I entered the B&B, I felt like I was in a paradise. With so many B&Bs in Heye Village, it's no wonder that Basong Shijing has such a high rating. Environment: Other B&Bs in the village are undergoing renovations and infrastructure work, which slightly affected the walk from Bonsai Beach to the B&B entrance. However, the B&B and the room itself were flawless. Most importantly, I was able to enjoy the rare tranquility of the early mornings and evenings within the valley, which was truly wonderful. Service: This is what truly makes a B&B stand out. From setting up a dedicated service group two days in advance to proactively providing information about parking for self-drive vehicles (this is crucial during peak season), Ms. You picked us up at the parking lot on time. The owner enthusiastically explained the itinerary throughout, and especially since we were two elderly people, she proactively offered to upgrade our rooms without changing rooms. From the restaurant staff to the housekeepers, everyone was incredibly welcoming and sincere. On our last morning, knowing we'd leave the valley before 7:30, they pre-packaged a hot breakfast for us. The man who escorted us was also very considerate. Overall, this is a dedicated team, and they provided excellent service to our two elderly family members. This is a B&B that truly makes you want to return time and time again, just like the scenery of Jiuzhaigou. The private hot springs are a must-try. The yak hot pot at the B&B is incredibly delicious, and the yak yogurt is even better. I'm still savoring it, hahaha. One small suggestion: the mattress is indeed a bit soft. I'd love to see if they can improve it, considering the cost. By the way, I haven't given a special like to the adorable little Bao (my irresistible smile) and the cold cat, hehe.

I loved this guesthouse so much I took a lot of pictures. Lu Jing isn't close to the scenic area entrance or the direct shuttle bus stop, but the environment is truly wonderful and it offers a completely different experience from a typical chain hotel. They offer one free pickup (though since I was coming from Huanglong Scenic Area, they could only pick me up at the shuttle drop-off point), and every morning they drop you off at the scenic area entrance. Because it's not near the commercial district, it's very quiet and not crowded. It was perfect for my solo trip. The in-room amenities were top-notch; I slept very comfortably. The bathroom faucets and showerheads were all Kohler, and the room was very clean. The front desk lady even helped me carry my luggage to my room when I checked in, the service was excellent. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou in the autumn, I'll definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent guesthouse, and the host is incredibly friendly. We were driving ourselves and realized we wouldn't reach Jiuzhaigou until after 9 PM. Not wanting to drive late at night, we decided to make this guesthouse in the county town our stopover. The guesthouse itself is very stylishly designed, the rooms are spacious, and it offers excellent value for money. A special mention must go to the lovely lady who prepared our breakfast – I'm not sure if she's the owner or an employee. Not only was her food delicious, but she was also incredibly kind and chatted with us, sharing many fascinating stories about Jiuzhaigou before it became a popular tourist destination.

Out of all the places we stayed during our seven-day trip, this B&B was by far the best and the one we were most reluctant to leave. I genuinely recommend it! The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how incredibly clean the room was. I hadn't expected many smart devices, but the amenities were much more comprehensive than I imagined. I have to specifically praise the TV and the hairdryer! The TV came with all VIP channels, and after a long day of exploring, it was super comfortable to just relax and binge-watch shows. And for anyone who understands, the hairdryer had amazing power! After a long, sweaty day of travel, it dried my hair quickly – a really thoughtful touch. The infrastructure here was absolutely faultless. Some room types even had private hot springs, and the B&B also had a public bath that was meticulously cleaned daily and sprinkled with fresh rose petals. Soaking together as a couple was excellent value for money. Plus, there was a shared laundry room, which is a real must-have for long-term travelers like us. What surprised me most was how delicious the food at the B&B was! I'd only planned to grab a quick bite, but the oyster beef hotpot and skewers absolutely blew me away. No exaggeration, it was the best meal I'd had in the three days since we started our trip, and it felt a bit cheaper than most beef hotpot places outside. Sometimes after a long day, you're too tired to go out for dinner, so it's great to have hot meals available right there. (If you prefer delivery, the location is very convenient for that too, with Starbucks, KFC, and even local specialty coffee shops nearby.) Once the food arrived, the front desk would help bring it to our room, which saved a lot of hassle. What truly touched me was how incredibly warm and thoughtful everyone working there was. Initially, we forgot to book a transfer in advance and were prepared for the inconvenience of taking a bus. Thankfully, the staff proactively helped us contact a driver who picked us up directly and brought us to the B&B. And then, for all our trips to and from Jiuzhaigou, the owner and staff provided free private car transfers, saving us so much trouble with transportation. I'm truly grateful! I'm not usually comfortable in less urbanized areas and was initially worried the accommodation experience might be lacking. But this B&B exceeded all my expectations, from the facilities and dining to the service, it truly elevated the entire trip's enjoyment. I'll definitely bring my parents here next time.

This hotel is a hidden gem, highly recommended! The location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. The rooms feature a simple ******* design, are clean and tidy, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation – the attention to detail is superb. Our personal concierge, YUYING, provided warm and thoughtful service, proactively helping us with our luggage, upgrading our room, and even thoughtfully giving blind boxes to the children. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and dining and shopping options nearby were also very convenient. The overall experience was impeccable, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time! The hotel itself boasts a luxurious and upscale ambiance, making the stay experience absolutely fantastic. The rooms come with oversized floor-toceiling windows, offering expansive views, making it exceptionally comfortable to stay inside. The interior incorporates a rich ******* style, with unique and distinctive designs, where you can feel the meticulous arrangements everywhere. The hotel also features a charming 'mini-forest' landscape, with lush greenery and fresh air, creating a serene and elegant environment. It's only about a ten-minute drive to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, making travel and sightseeing worry-free and quick. Whether for a trip or a temporary stopover, this place is an excellent choice.

First off, the location is halfway between the high-speed train station and the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. Public transportation isn't the best option, so I'd recommend driving yourself or going with a tour group. Secondly, I booked a mountain view room, but the window glass facing the mountains really detracted from the view. For over 700 a night, which isn't cheap, you'd expect cleaner windows. I won't post photos, but other reviews mention the same issue. Then, the welcome fruit I was supposed to get for my points wasn't delivered, and the shuttle bus taking guests to the scenic area in the morning didn't even help with luggage. Finally, a big shout-out to the customer service小姐姐 (I forgot her name, but she looks a lot like Tong Yao). She was worried we'd miss our stop and came to pick us up early. She was also very prompt in addressing any issues we had. Thanks to her, I'm not leaving a negative review. Enough said.
