Kaiping Hotels with Free Breakfast

We just had a very nice two-night stay here while visiting all the diaolou of the area. The location is excellent, about 2km from Zili and walking distance to Li Yuan. Other diaolou clusters are 10-20 mins away. The service was friendly and so helpful during our whole visit. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed beef noodles and tea eggs for breakfast the first day and then a simple buffet breakfast the second day of congee, sweet potatoes, noodles, corn. The room was really nice, very high tech and comfortable. The beds were a little hard for us. That was the only negative. We loved the outdoor space with lots of room to hang out during the day and evening. Overall, an excellent stay in Kaiping.

The location is fantastic! Super close to Liyuan Garden and Tianxia Liangcang Bookstore. Facilities: The room facilities are really top-notch, no complaints at all. I'd suggest the owner consider installing an EV charging station, that would be even more convenient. Hygiene: All the in-room amenities were spotless. Environment: Couldn't ask for more, just check the pictures. Service: The owner and the lovely ladies working there were all wonderful. We even exchanged WeChat, and they were always ready to help and cooperative. I'll definitely be back!

The room was clean and tidy. The air conditioner was turned on in advance, and it felt cool and comfortable as soon as I entered. There is a big yellow orchid tree in the yard, and the flowers are fragrant. The view is the green fields, which is pleasing to the eye. The restaurant's food tastes good, but the reception capacity needs to be improved during holidays. It is a bit busy to handle too many people.

The rooftop swimming pool is very nice! The scenic area is actually not that big. Many places have no hotels yet, and some places have not been repaired. I look forward to traveling again in a year or two after the overall improvement. It is indeed a good place to take photos. The Chikan Dangdang bus is a favorite among children. The ticket is 50 yuan, free if the price is below 1.2, and the duration is about 35 minutes. The buffet breakfast provided by the hotel is good, with many kinds of delicious food. There are no tourists coming in before 9 o'clock in the morning, so it is very quiet and comfortable. What is particularly frustrating is the snacks and meals in the scenic area, which are expensive! Unpalatable! It’s such a mess for so many people on weekends, but it’s still a mess when it’s a holiday? ? Hope it improves! The overall ticket price of the scenic spot is relatively expensive, the scenery is acceptable, and the service is enthusiastic! If you don’t plan to stay, one day is enough.

The staff at Chikan Ancient Town and the hotel service personnel are all locals. They have a deep affection for their hometown and are dedicated to making this place a shining beacon. The service is filled with genuine human warmth. For example, the hotel's cleaning staff will give a friendly nod of greeting, the trolley car drivers can provide detailed information about each stop in Cantonese, and the boatmen on the sculling boats will even wish you a pleasant trip in Cantonese, saying, ”祝您游玩愉快” (Wish you a pleasant trip). Within the Greater Bay Area, it's truly rare to hear staff using Cantonese within a scenic area. The linen changes and the cleanliness of the bathroom areas are maintained to a high standard. This is my second visit, and the scenic area has added several new and exciting performances. I hope this place continues to innovate and maintain its unique charm for a long time.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! It's incredibly convenient for exploring the ancient town. The architecture has a wonderful vintage overseas Chinese charm, with stained glass and old watchtower elements creating an amazing atmosphere – perfect for photos. We booked a twin room with a garden view; it was clean, bright, and meticulously maintained. The mattress was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room layout was spacious, and it was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Plus, we could enjoy the garden view right from our window.

We had a wonderful stay at the ChaoQi Hotel. After a smooth check-in, a convenient cart picked us up and brought us directly to our room door. The location is incredible, situated inside the Chikan resort where you can find numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions. A great perk was that our stay included entry tickets, giving us the chance to enjoy many of the resort's lively shows. Our room was super comfortable, impeccably clean, and very family-friendly. Our kids especially loved the indoor playground on the ground floor. The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options, featuring multiple live stations with both Asian and Western choices. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to the Kaiping area.

Pretty good, clean, and the breakfast spread was decent, though the quality was just average. We got a two-day pass for two, plus two extra breakfasts and a twin room for one night. The room was quite spacious with a balcony and a nice view outside. The only downside is that there aren't many food options within the scenic area, and what's available is expensive and not very tasty. Plus, there's no delivery service nearby.

The Goldmine Hotel is centrally located in the ancient town, making it very convenient to catch a show at the theater. The hotel has a children's splash park on the first floor, which is perfect for kids. Across from the hotel, the Modern Theater also has a children's playground on its first floor with slides and a ball pit. Our Super Wings themed room was right next to the water park, so it was a bit noisy compared to other floors due to the high foot traffic. Overall, the ancient town offers a fantastic array of activities; we couldn't even cover everything in our two-day-one-night stay. We'll definitely be back!

Right inside the scenic area, which is super convenient. It's tucked away in a small alley, so it's surprisingly quiet. The room was clean, and the AC worked great. Just a short walk out of the alley downstairs leads to a whole street of restaurants and shops – highly recommend it! We could easily pop back to the hotel for a break from the sun in the afternoon and then head out again, which was incredibly practical.
