AAnonymous UserHotel front desk service is really good! Originally, the online reservation showed that there was a standard room. After arriving at the store, I explained the needs with the front desk. The staff was very active to help coordinate and smoothly changed to a big bed room, which solved my needs. During the consultation, I consulted the local customs and patiently and meticulously answered. The attitude was warm and professional. The whole process makes people feel very warm and assured, this stay experience is very satisfactory! The room was clean and great! recommend

GGuest UserHotel staff was friendly and helpful even the room attendant. Only setback was the cook was smoking at the dining area during breakfast which was very annoying for a non-smoker. Breakfast selection is alright, except same stuff everyday. A little daily variety would be appreciated.

The service staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive and efficient. In terms of environment, the surrounding greenery is good, the interior decoration is also very stylish, and the overall atmosphere makes people feel very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, not far from the main attractions and business districts. In general, the price is very high, I will choose here next time.

I had no choice but to ask for a pillowcase to be added to the living room of the suite. They said that they would add money, and I had to spend my tongue to give them free pillowcases.
