Most guests were driving and were concerned about parking; the front desk seemed to be constantly dealing with related issues. The hotel rooms are small and cramped. The facilities are rather outdated; the hand soap dispenser was non-dispensable, and only disposable towels and bath towels were provided. There is no telephone; you need to add the front desk on WeChat for any issues. They said the hotel only has one floor attendant, so service is relatively slow. There's a bottle of mineral water in the room for a fee, requiring a 100 yuan deposit, even though I had already paid for the room. However, the service attitude was quite good.

Midway up the mountain, there's a winery and a library to explore. Opening the balcony door in the morning, listening to the birds singing and breathing in the fresh air was truly relaxing. I took my children for a stroll around the hotel both morning and evening, which was truly enjoyable. Service: Both the front desk staff and the floor attendants were very welcoming. I'd definitely stay at Jinshan again if I had the chance. A 187ml bottle of Anseman red wine: We received two small bottles, which my husband and I finished that evening. I highly recommend families who want to escape from the world to come here and experience the tranquility of nature. The only bad part is the last ten minutes or so of the mountain road. The road surface is uneven due to construction vehicles, and it is difficult to pass by large trucks. It is probably ok if you drive slowly. Will consider staying here again...
