Shantou Hotels with Free Breakfast

This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Zhujiang South Road Food Street. If you're heading to Nan'ao Island by public transport, bus 161A is about an 8-minute walk away. Tianshan Beef Hotpot is also within an 8-minute walk. Even going to Longyan South Road or the high-speed rail station, a taxi ride is only around 10 yuan. The front desk staff were very helpful and answered all my questions, even allowing me to have a late check-out until 1 PM. The room's cleanliness was decent. The facilities are up to the usual standard you'd expect from a Ji Hotel. But the best part was how quiet the room was (it didn't face the main street), which allowed me to get a great night's sleep. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shantou.

After finally making it to Shantou, having dodged the typhoon week, I stumbled upon this amazing hotel when looking for last-minute accommodation. Almost ended up sleeping on the streets (just kidding!). The lobby is on the second floor, which keeps it away from the street-level hustle and bustle. As soon as you step out of the elevator, you're greeted by a lovely fragrance in the lobby, and that pleasant smell follows you everywhere. The carpets are spotless, the environment is tidy, and the restaurant is right next to the lobby. The service staff are all incredibly friendly. Guests get complimentary Americano coffee for breakfast, and the front desk even provides a tourist map (very helpful for those without an itinerary). When I checked out, they even gave me a bag of souvenirs (small cookies and postcards). The room was very clean and hygienic, with excellent facilities and amenities, including disposable toilet seat covers (such thoughtful attention to detail!). I'll definitely come back next time and will recommend this place to everyone I know. I wish the hotel continued prosperity and success!

This hotel is hands down the best and most affordable one I've stayed at during my week in Shantou. First off, the location is super easy to find, right by the main road. Plus, parking is a breeze and it's free, which is a huge bonus for female drivers like me. The front desk lady even gave us two complimentary breakfasts! The room itself was brand new, the TV had screen mirroring, and the shower pressure was fantastic. I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to hotels, but honestly, I couldn't find a single fault with this one. You can book it with your eyes closed. If I ever go back to Shantou, I'll definitely be staying here again.

The air conditioning temperature was just right, not too cold or too hot, and it didn't blow directly on us. The room was super comfortable, clean, and elegant. The bed was incredibly comfortable to sleep in, and the service was excellent—warm and attentive! 👍

This hotel boasts an excellent location for anyone visiting Shantou. To the south, you get an unobstructed view of Rongjiang River, even if it's not a direct waterfront view. Head north across the street and you're at Shantou MixC Mall, and a 10-minute walk west takes you to Long'en South Road, a popular food street for tourists. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive; everyone from Front Office Manager Munchee Xu to the housekeeping team made us feel right at home. However, the hotel's facilities are a bit dated.

I really have to recommend this place! The price was incredibly good value for Chinese New Year, and as a new hotel, it was super clean with modern facilities. The beachfront location is excellent, and my elderly family members were really happy. The only thing that could be improved is that I found the bathroom a little small, but overall, it doesn't stop me from recommending it, haha!

This guesthouse I booked for my trip to Shantou was an absolute gem! It really added such a wonderful, happy vibe to my whole trip. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into it – the decor has a lovely retro Republic of China style, with solid wood furniture and really comfy bedding. The room was super clean, and the location is just unbeatable. Being able to step out and find food, drinks, and entertainment right downstairs was so convenient. We could just pop back to the room for a rest whenever we got tired. The owner also recommended some fantastic local spots: a beef hotpot place, late-night congee, and Zhenping Guozhi (rice noodle soup) – all incredibly delicious! I've already recommended this guesthouse to my friends; it's truly worth choosing!

All good especially the service and food for breakfast. The best breakfast selection for all the Hampton hotels by Hilton I have stayed . Special thanks to Ms Joy from the front desk who provided very informative and well recommended places to eat for local foods in that area . Her patience must be commended !👍

The room was spotless and every detail was thoughtfully considered. There's a sensor light that turns on after you switch off the main lights, which is great for avoiding bumps in the dark. The disposable amenities and bedding were also of excellent quality. At 8 PM, there's an intangible cultural heritage experience where you can follow an instructor to hand-make red peach kueh. From kneading the dough to pressing the patterns, it was really fun, and the instructor taught very meticulously. Afterwards, they even steamed our creations and delivered them to our room – the service was incredibly thorough. If you want to experience Chaoshan's late-night snack culture, this place is just 500 meters from Zhujiang Road Food Street, an easy walk. Many of the restaurants I've saved in my favorites are located there.

No regrets paying more for this beautiful homestay! 花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！ My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room. It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness. Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside. Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible. Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need. Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!! All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.
