No more than ten floors. City view. Room facilities: The bed is of suitable softness and hardness. Decorated in warm colors and clean. It feels like a newly opened hotel. Hygiene: I am a detail-oriented person. The clean bathroom proves that this hotel is not too bad. I looked specifically at the corner of the bathroom. There is a detail. The towels are very thick, soft and comfortable. The air conditioning temperature is suitable. Service: Service is very good. AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and hygienic, the decoration is relatively new, the location is OK, the hotel provides free breakfast, the food variety and quality are OK! One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

There are many places to eat nearby, so it's very convenient. It would be even better if the hotel provided a restaurant and laundry service.

HHenryHUNG2023Nearby is Wandu Square and many restaurants. There are plenty of parking spaces in the ground and underground parking lots. It is not noisy after closing the windows on the 11th floor. The soundproofing is average. The surrounding rooms can hear the door open and close. The water pipe under the wash basin on the 6th floor is leaking and the warranty has not been solved several times. Stayed for 11 days because the work was not completed and I had to continue to live for more than a week

GGuest UserI have been living in this hotel before. I have lived for several years. This time I came to breakfast and changed a lot. There are more soup noodles. There are meat, powder sausage and pigs. It is a lot richer. The room has been renovated. The design is novel and comfortable. In the four sessions, it should be counted as one of the best. It must be praised for the intelligent customer control system. The operation is simple and the response is fast. There is no need to find switches and remote controls everywhere, and the hands are liberated throughout the process. The details are in place and the experience is smooth. I don't want to live in an ordinary room after I have lived. I will choose here next time.
