MMayouliliThe B&B's location is fantastic, within walking distance of Dongguan Street and Pishi Street. We passed by numerous national, provincial, and city-level protected historical sites, and the B&B itself is one of them – what a privilege to stay in a salt commissioner's former residence! Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel itself is quite peaceful, free from tourist noise. The small courtyard is lovely, perfect for a large family outing, where you can book two rooms and share a private courtyard. Breakfast is served at a neighboring partner restaurant with beautiful garden scenery, though it was a bit crowded during the Qingming Festival. The B&B's service was impeccable; they provided a special children's toiletries kit, and we even received Yangzhou University yogurt upon check-in. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, and they even helped us pack items we'd forgotten when we checked out.

NNorthernLightsWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
A special thank you to Jay, Chen Gaojun, and 乔卫岭, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Jay was consistently attentive and made sure every request was handled promptly. Chen Gaojun brought a level of care and friendliness that made interactions feel personal and sincere. 乔卫岭 was equally outstanding, always ready to assist with a smile and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities, but it’s truly the people who make it stand out. Their dedication to service turned a great stay into an unforgettable one.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just comfort, but genuine hospitality. I will definitely be returning!

Vvking333The hotel's service was absolutely amazing, I was a bit overwhelmed in the best way possible! 👍 I had booked for a Saturday check-in, and they contacted me on Friday already to arrange the shuttle service. The hotel's location is excellent, with a commercial area and supermarket nearby. The room facilities were also great; I especially loved the heated towel rail and the capsule coffee machine. The breakfast was very rich, offering both Chinese and Western options – highly recommend it!

AAnonymous UserThe family room we booked was quite good, spacious and clean! The only downside was a slight smell of smoke coming from the exhaust fan. All the facilities at this Orange Hotel are very new, and the public lounge area is large, with complimentary coffee and orange-infused water, which is a thoughtful touch!

ZZuiyuyaobaiBecause I had made an appointment with the Grand Canal Museum, I booked a superior king-size room with a private hot spring on the 24th. I was very satisfied with the front desk service from the beginning of the check-in. The service awareness was very good, and a disposable hot spring bag was given. The room was OK, with smart guest control and no odor. It snowed heavily in Yangzhou in the morning when I arrived, and it was said that hail fell... In such a cold day, the air conditioning and heating effect are very good, but the private hot spring is on the balcony. It was a bit cold when the breeze blew when entering and exiting the water. Of course, I didn't feel cold at all when I was soaking. I was sweating all over.... The hot spring pool is a bathtub type, very clean, and the water discharge speed is OK, unlike some private hot spring pools I visited before, some of which are dirty inside. I hope to install a curtain or something to block the wind, otherwise children will easily catch a cold. The breakfast is also good, and the dishes are relatively rich in my opinion. Full marks, absolutely full marks

With easy access to public transportation right outside, it's incredibly convenient to visit popular attractions like Ge Garden, He Garden, Slender West Lake, Wenchang Pavilion, and Dongguan Street, making sightseeing highly efficient. Dongguan Street boasts a wide variety of snacks, and the local specialty, Wensi Tofu Soup, is a must-try for its fresh and delicate flavor. The hotel breakfast offers a rich selection of authentic Yangzhou dishes, including shredded tofu in soup, Yangzhou fried rice, Yangchun noodles, and wontons, all with a genuine taste. PPaul. SService: From the moment we stepped in, the staff rushed to open the glass door for us, and did so everytime we go in or out. Check in & check out was fast and hassle free. We were upgraded to a better room with king bed. Only hotel where we were given 2 key cards automatically.
Facilities: Except for the outside facade, all facilities were new and good including room and lobby. Bed, pillows, quilts, towels etc were clean and in very good condition. Everything, including decor looks new. Room slippers, bathroom slippers provided. Only hotel who gave us 4 bottles of water daily. Daily housekeeping. Good water pressure and heated.
Breakfast: Chinese buffet, good and adequate.
Cons: Although 4 clothes hangers provided, wall hooks for clothes in bedroom and bathroom would make this a perfect hotel, but sadly missing.
All in, a very good hotel and value for money.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

BBaibaixiangquzoushijieThe room was excellent, and the private hot spring felt wonderfully smooth! A really great experience overall. The only downside was the travel photography service. They were constantly pushing sales and wouldn't let you think independently when choosing photos. Eventually, they resorted to high-pressure tactics because other guests were waiting. Thankfully, the travel photography customer service was good and handled the after-sales issues later. Many hotels offer travel photography, but they don't usually push sales so aggressively. The hotel's scenery is fantastic, with half of it overlooking Slender West Lake. I'll definitely come back!

GGuest UserBring your family to Yangzhou to participate in the marathon, and experience the beauty of Yangzhou in March of fireworks! When booking a room, I thought about getting closer to the starting point and finding this hotel. The unexpected stay experience made us feel what it is to be at home! The staff's service is warm and thoughtful, and the fruit and competition refueling package are specially presented! The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are elegantly decorated. Because the marathon starts early, the hotel also serves breakfast in advance, and the breakfast category is quite rich! The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to send us to the starting point! After running back, I ate directly at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Huaiyang specialties were very delicious! Thank you very much for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff to let me go smoothly in Yangma PB! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will choose Mingfa Hotel!
