AAnonymous UserThe environment is elegant and quiet, with complete amenities and thoughtful touches. There were books on the bedside table and excellent tea and brewing water on the coffee table. The room stayed dry even on a rainy day. The front desk and dining staff were all very attentive and thoughtful, and we especially appreciated the complimentary travel photography service. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, being right next to Dongguan Street and Pishi Street, both within walking distance. Taxis are also readily available just a few steps from the entrance.

Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Jay was consistently attentive and made sure every request was handled promptly. Chen Gaojun brought a level of care and friendliness that made interactions feel personal and sincere. äčć«ćČ was equally outstanding, always ready to assist with a smile and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities, but itâs truly the people who make it stand out. Their dedication to service turned a great stay into an unforgettable one.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are relatively new, and the overall hygiene is good, though some nooks and crannies could use more attention. The room had a lot of drawers, which felt a bit excessive; most travelers probably wouldn't use them much, and shelves might be more practical. The highlight here, though, is definitely the staff. Every single person was incredibly friendly â not overly enthusiastic, but genuinely helpful. You could approach anyone, and they'd assist you with your issues as if you were just chatting with a friend. I highly recommend staying here.

AAnonymous UserThe family room we booked was quite good, spacious and clean! The only downside was a slight smell of smoke coming from the exhaust fan. All the facilities at this Orange Hotel are very new, and the public lounge area is large, with complimentary coffee and orange-infused water, which is a thoughtful touch!

PPaul. SService: From the moment we stepped in, the staff rushed to open the glass door for us, and did so everytime we go in or out. Check in & check out was fast and hassle free. We were upgraded to a better room with king bed. Only hotel where we were given 2 key cards automatically.
Facilities: Except for the outside facade, all facilities were new and good including room and lobby. Bed, pillows, quilts, towels etc were clean and in very good condition. Everything, including decor looks new. Room slippers, bathroom slippers provided. Only hotel who gave us 4 bottles of water daily. Daily housekeeping. Good water pressure and heated.
Breakfast: Chinese buffet, good and adequate.
Cons: Although 4 clothes hangers provided, wall hooks for clothes in bedroom and bathroom would make this a perfect hotel, but sadly missing.
All in, a very good hotel and value for money.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldnât use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendlyâŠIâll return.

BBaibaixiangquzoushijieThe room was excellent, and the private hot spring felt wonderfully smooth! A really great experience overall. The only downside was the travel photography service. They were constantly pushing sales and wouldn't let you think independently when choosing photos. Eventually, they resorted to high-pressure tactics because other guests were waiting. Thankfully, the travel photography customer service was good and handled the after-sales issues later. Many hotels offer travel photography, but they don't usually push sales so aggressively. The hotel's scenery is fantastic, with half of it overlooking Slender West Lake. I'll definitely come back!

GGuest UserBring your family to Yangzhou to participate in the marathon, and experience the beauty of Yangzhou in March of fireworks! When booking a room, I thought about getting closer to the starting point and finding this hotel. The unexpected stay experience made us feel what it is to be at home! The staff's service is warm and thoughtful, and the fruit and competition refueling package are specially presented! The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are elegantly decorated. Because the marathon starts early, the hotel also serves breakfast in advance, and the breakfast category is quite rich! The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to send us to the starting point! After running back, I ate directly at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Huaiyang specialties were very delicious! Thank you very much for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff to let me go smoothly in Yangma PB! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will choose Mingfa Hotel!
