I had an amazing stay at Yunhe Meet B&B. The Minsu is located in the village not far from the scenic spot ticket office. They offered me welcome snacks and more snacks after my hike. Breakfast was very very generous and freshly prepared for local dishes with local ingredients. I had a room with 2 single beds which are quite large soit didn’t feel like a single bed, recommended for a solo traveler if the queen bed isn’t available. Water was warm and shower had good pressure. Everything is very clean. Auntie took me to the park entrance with her electric mini truck to help me catch the morning bus. It takes about half an hour to drive along the entrance of Yunhe Terraces to the B&B. The B&B is located next to Qixingdun. The location is very good and the B&B has a sense of design. The owner upgraded the terraced king room for free. We set the alarm clock at five o'clock and put the phone on the balcony. The owner was incredibly welcoming, constantly sharing travel tips and showing us some photos he'd taken. In the morning, we saw an unidentified tree outside, laden with small fruits. After asking the owner, we learned it was a wild panda yew! Apparently, there are many wild yew trees in this area. He even gave us a little educational information about yew trees and picked a few for us to taste. He told us the seeds were bitter and poisonous, so we shouldn't eat them. The fruits were smooth inside and had a slightly sweet taste – a truly delightful experience!
