Great
GGuest UserIt's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's close to the square and in a great location for walking around town. The staff were all very friendly, especially the breakfast reception staff who always greeted us with a smile.
The breakfast buffet had a great selection of items, and even though we stayed for three nights we couldn't eat it all. It was so delicious that we woke up looking forward to it every morning.
The view was a bit disappointing, but it's a hotel we'll definitely stay at the next time we go to Brno.
EEttie LUKThis time I extended my stay by one day, so I used the ”Rebook” button on Trip.com to book the same room and avoid having to move. I had already notified the hotel when I stayed last time, and they said they would arrange it, but breakfast was not included, unlike the first time! The hotel staff were very friendly, and there were electric shoe-shining machines on every floor, which were very useful!
LLINGThe appearance of the hotel is very big, it is a leisure resort hotel, some distance from the city, it is more convenient to drive by car. The hotel has a swimming pool and many saunas, so you can spend an afternoon in it. One of the swimming pools can also swim nude. Many middle-aged men jump into the nude pool, and there are also some old ladies. Young people generally choose to walk by quietly.
GGuest UserThe hotel was small, which meant it was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with high ceilings. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the free mini- bar- a lovely touch. The bathroom was nice and clean and it had a powerful shower. The only negative is that it was too hot and stuffy in the room. There was no air con although fans were provided but didn't cool it down sufficiently. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with fresh fruit, fresh meats and cheeses, hot options, a good selection of pastries and cereals. The coffee machine was confusing- sometimes it was free and sometimes I was told that it wasn't (although I never actually paid). I would recommend staying at this lovely hotel. It is a 10 minute walk from the centre but there are trams available. It would be helpful to have details of the trams/buses into the centre in the hotel room. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!
GGuest UserMondrian color matching, complete facilities, room temperature is also very suitable, breakfast is also good, there is a good urban view outside the window, the front desk attitude is very good, the city is very convenient, the only fly in the ointment, the boiler boiling water sound is a bit loud, the bed found a mobile phone lens The film, but the flaws are not concealed.
FFrenkenThe hotel is nice and the breakfast is above average.
Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok.
Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea.
Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest.
GGuest UserHotel location is very good. Very easy to go around next to the square.
The room felt like a renovation of an old palace, and the bathroom items were only shower gel and shampoo. There was a refrigerator, but it was filled with various items in the form of a minibar, and there was an espresso machine, but it was paid. Breakfast was delicious.
Wi-Fi is a lot slow and not caught according to location inside the room.
The safe with the key is the first spring.
EErcan TugayWe stayed for two nights and overall, it was a great stay. Lovely staff, good location and quiet neighborhood. Since Brno is a really small city, the hotel is at a walking distance to almost everywhere in the city, including the train station and Masaryk University. The restrooms having bidet nozzle is also a huge plus. I highly recommend Hotel Europa to everyone who wishes to stay in Brno.
MManpreetExcellent customer service! The reception staff was very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bottle of wine in our room and a thoughtful thank-you note at checkout, along with complimentary water bottles. The accommodation included car parking, so there was no extra charge. Although we didn’t get to try the breakfast due to an early checkout, our overall stay was wonderful. Charles Bridge is just a 15-20 minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Prague.
