The environment is pretty good. It's near the exhibition. I've always lived here. The breakfast is also very rich and colorful, with everything.
Hygiene: pretty good

I've tested all 5 star hotels of Oran and I give a 4 star at 2 h
The atmosphere in this hotel is a little limited
Breakfast is correct but not worthy of a 5-star breakfast
I've not tested the other comforts to name Jamal sauna ...

Positive : A badly-reputed hotel , but for which everything was well , I wished to make my own opinion , the home is nice , no cafard , no bestiole , household ladies passed , no bad smell
Negative: only the litter with sleeves and a few hairs disturbed me ...
tready bad isolation
Wifi works three bad
Located with holy stone place known as hot
I didn't get up for the breakfast so I don't know
but for the price, concessions need to be made
For one night it was quiet
