"Really liked it because of the heater! The room had no tea pod nor fridge. For hot water to drink you need to go to the breakfast room, which is in another building. My room was kinda smelly, not sure about the source as everything was clean and tidy. Bearable, but I’d prefer it withou smell. Water from bathroom shower pours on the room floor even if you are try not to spray it much. Also might be a bit noisy, but I was fortunate to have neighbours that are not active at night and in the morning.
Would recommend considering all this possible inconvenience"

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the new train station, and diagonally opposite is a large shopping mall with a Carrefour, which we found very convenient and safe. The only downside was that on the day we left, part of the airport express line was out of service, so we ended up paying for the airport express but taking a different transfer that took over an hour to get to the airport. However, this is not the hotel's fault. Overall, I highly recommend it; it offers great value for money. The snacks on the hotel's first floor were also quite good.

GGuest UserStaying in this hotel was quite a miserable experience, barely adequate for a hostel, never mind a 3 star establishment.
The room (although quite clean) was tiny for our party of two. The luggage occupied almost half of the floor, making us jump over it when we needed to move across the room. The window was facing the railway, which was expected on the one hand, but sleeping with it open was very noisy in the morning.
Here is the list of things that were missing compared to a standard hotel experience:
- no kettle (had to be asked for)
- just two paper/plastic cups in the bathroom, no ceramic mugs in the room
- no tea, coffee or anything really to have a snack with
- no safe in the room (common one at the reception)
- no fridge (seriously?)
- no slippers (and they don’t provide them)
- no towel heaters or radiators in the room
- just 3 towels for two people, no hand towels
- no bath robes
- no bide or hygienic shower
- no toilet brush (are you for real?)
- one trash can (without a bag)
- extremely small rooms, no adequate space for two luggage bags
On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, though nothing to write home about. Hot and protein-rich options were definitely limited.
The staff were friendly and helpful. However, upon check-in, I was charged 60EUR as a damage deposit which was not stated when I booked a room. I’m yet to have it returned.
The hotel/network drives this alleged “eco-friendly” agenda but in reality it’s just extreme economy and penny-pinching at the guests’ expense. Very disappointing. 1/5.

YYvetteZZZSingle room was very spacious and the hotel is at a perfect location. Has a little cute pool although the water is a bit too cold for winter. Everything was fine but curiously they put up the history of the ground in the hotel corridor which I found quite creepy for solo travelers lol

WWoaiyangguang1207It's a bit of a walk uphill to get there, but in about ten minutes, you can reach Place Graslin, the City Hall, and the art museum, which is super convenient. The front desk staff were very warm and friendly, and the place was clean. My only minor gripe is that we received four coffee capsules upon check-in (for a double room, staying three nights). It would have been great to get two more capsules each day, as the coffee downstairs is not complimentary.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel, nothing to complain about the room or the hygiene. The underground parking with valet service is handy (at a correct price). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the fact that despite an earlier email and the extra specific on the day of our arrival in advance by telephone that we requested a room with 2 beds, this was not taken into account when we arrived at the hotel and we got a room with one ”large” bed. The next day we did get the requested room with 2 beds. For the rest everything was actually perfect!

WWaiI love this hotel. Take some walk you can get to metro station then visit many places! Vieux lyon , Fourviere, the halle de Lyon , parc de tete d'or . There are everything you need , microwave, TV water boiler, refrigerator, hangers, a cabin for cups ,plates , and cooking stove . This is the hotel I have seen that offers most for the customers !impressive
The only point I could pick is that it is not 24 hours reception. When I got there ,it already evening 10pm. I can only contact by phone and follow the instructions by calling
But the problem is I couldn't call when I don't have roaming nor French Sim card . This is quite nervous for me... i even not good at english numbering ,so if you couldn't really speak english nor french . Please be careful not to check in out of working hour ( it would be better if there is more urgent contact way )or maybe this is my problem....
Luckily I met a realllly kind customer, who helped me make the call and solve the check in problemwith me . Without him ,i can't imagine what would happen I mean .I really appreciate him (not sure if he would see this )also this kind gesture create a great impression to this trip !
