"Thou hotel rooms is modern looking and spacious, It's lacking in its maintenance. Floor is warping. Toilet walls and floor are mouldy in some corners. Towel rack falling off. Bed linen is not that luxurious but bed and pillow firm. I put a request for connecting twin rooms but they say they could not fulfill it. But when I mentioned it was my birthday then they say they will try and they did and provided a cake too. Which I should thank the Recep staff for the effort. Beside this hotel is sendja spa which is convenient and the nearest mall is Pascal 23 which is about 15mins walk. This hotel is definitely not for fussy travellers. If u want budget friendly then this is it. Good point thou, no insects or ants spotted."

Breakfast is good, the front and staff are very friendly and the condition of the room is good. There is a shopping mall 3 minutes away by foot, so it is convenient for restaurants, ATMs, etc. It looks like it takes 10-20 minutes by car to Braga street.

The place is aesthetic, there's just a bit of dust in a few spots but it's not too bothersome. The breakfast was good, service was okay. If I'm ever in Bandung looking for a strategically located hotel, I'd definitely come back here.

The hotel is not too big and the check in and out process is not complicated. You can get as much drinking water as you like in the hallway. However, the room is a bit cramped if you bring your family.

Close to the train station and clean! If you are Korean, ... Well, it's not a bad choice! 8 minutes walk from the train station and the staff are very friendly

I stayed in better hotel with cheaper price and better location than this hotel. The only nice thing about this hotel is the lobby and the friendly staffs. This is definitely old property which converted into Swissbell hotel. Judging from the room style and electrical outlets to the bathroom design, no doubt this hotel was from the 80's. I stayed at Swissbell hotel elsewhere, this is by far the worst Swissbell I ever had, and I stayed at many Swissbell hotels in Indonesia. I chose this Swissbell in Bandung because I thought it has the same standart as the other Swissbell, I was wrong.

good value for money. walking distance to trains station and food stalls. while other hotel require some amount of money as deposit, this hotel require ID! amazingly different than other hotel.
