Large resort-type hotel. One of the best in the area. Breakfast buffet, varied. Large territory. From the windows of the superior room there is a gorgeous view of the valley and Mount Penangunan. The room is large, clean. There is no safe, but there is a locker with a key. You can stay for a few days to explore the surroundings and relax.

This is a wonderful new hotel, perfect for a relaxing stay before heading to Bromo, with beautiful surrounding landscapes. The grounds are extensive and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable with large beds. The bunk bed option is quite interesting and a really good choice for a group. However, the bathroom door in our room didn't close very well, and it was clear the renovation was recent, as there were still some paint smudges on the walls. I'd particularly like to highlight the breakfasts and dinner menu – everything was fantastic. The food is delicious, there's a wide variety of options, and they even serve alcohol. The prices are very reasonable, so there's no need to leave the property to find a place to eat. The staff are incredibly pleasant and polite, always ready to help and offer advice. We booked a Bromo tour on motorcycles with a driver and a round-trip tour around the volcano, and the views were absolutely stunning. It's definitely worth going by motorcycle rather than jeep. We were very pleased with our stay and would happily return again.

I've become a regular on family vacations. I want to see green views and cool air. You can also have breakfast in your room without having to go to the restaurant. You can choose the menu, don't be stingy... But because this is an old hotel there are some problems in the bathroom

The room was very spacious, which is becoming quite rare these days. The hotel also has a large garden with lots of greenery, making it peaceful and relaxing. The fresh mountain air was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The property feels like an older hotel that is gradually being renovated. We booked three rooms, and while room 220 looked much better maintained, room 230 (the mountain view room at the end of the building) had visible mold on parts of the ceiling. The staff were kind enough to offer us another room, which we appreciated. However, mold is something that really needs attention, as it can affect guests with allergies or respiratory sensitivities. Another area for improvement is the towels and bath mats, which looked quite worn and should be replaced for better hygiene. Overall, the hotel has great potential with its spacious rooms, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful garden. With better maintenance, especially addressing the mold issue and replacing old linens, it could become an even more enjoyable place to stay.

It is not like before when I stayed the first time in this place. They offer a lot of fun activities like buggy car rides, enjoying gelato, and swimming. But this time no more buggy car, no more gelato. The swimming pool is still okay, but due to the rainy season, we stay away from doing it. Not many activities we can do. I stroll along in the morning. The security was approaching us, not allowing us to walk on the pathway. They told us that the golfers will start to use that area. So what the hell am I doing here in the resort? What makes our stay inconvenient is mosquitoes in my room.

The hotel is quite good for a staycation, maybe because it's an old hotel, some of the equipment/tools look a bit neglected, but the room is quite clean The view is also ok The food at the restaurant is quite delicious

This hotel has a very strategic location, the price is very affordable, with adequate facilities. Cleanliness also gets a thumbs up. Comfortable, quiet, surrounded by gardens and a balcony with a good view, safe and comfortable. Hats off for synergy
