Castletroy Park Hotel Suite was large and spacious and equipped beyond the regular standard. We had a problem with the water cooker (calcify storage) and he was still being swapped late evening. We felt this establishment was poor value for money from the size of room and amenities' point of view compared to other hotels in tourist locations in other cities. The room was nearly entirely taken up by the bed. The lift only went to the first floor, a potential challenge for guests who are elderly or infirm. No guest parking, no spa facilities which we had in other hotels for the same cost. On the plus side, staff were efficient and courteous. We will not be back.
