The hotel is clean and the environment is good. Variety of food for breakfast. Next to the new mall which is very convenient

This is a beautiful, niche, Portuguese-style local high-end brand hotel. Although the hotel was almost full at the time of check-in, all my requests, large and small, (including changing the room twice because of fear of noisy) were not satisfied. On the night of arrival, enjoy local traditional dance music while dining by the pool, and have a special taste in the candlelight. All the staff are friendly and professional. A delicious breakfast for a few days was served with the meticulous care of the new chef. The fruit plate that was not finished afterward was also delivered to the room for free. Picture 3 is a healing spring for Jews for 200 years, and there are still many Jews who specialize in soaking. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and it is a variety of shopping and attractions. It takes a few minutes to walk to the beach.

We stayed here twice for closeness to the airport. The first time in a suite, which was very large and had plenty of room for the 3 of us, they made a bed up for our son. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Airport shuttle always available. The beds were really comfortable Food was good. Pool was large and good to refresh in. Overall definitely a good place to stay for Kochi airport. Only negative which wasnt really to bad, was the room could of been alittle more cleaner, but it really wasn't a problem.

My stay at Grand Vistara Airport Hotel, Kochi was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located near the airport, making travel extremely convenient. What truly sets this place apart is the kindness and hospitality of the owner, Sam, and his amazing team. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine warmth and care. Sam personally ensures that every guest feels welcomed and comfortable, and his team reflects the same level of professionalism and friendliness. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, offering a great night’s rest after travel. Service was prompt, courteous, and always with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and heartfelt stay near Kochi Airport. I will definitely choose Grand Vistara again on my next visit.

one night from 10.30 pm to 10 am we stayed there . i booked unknowingly non Ac but later on i converted from non ac to ac and charged extra Rs.800 which was too much ..Food we ordered from out side which good but they did not provide spoon . Very small rooms as we can not turn one side to another area in room and bath room also tiny . Staff was very excellent night shift person was so very nice no doubt . Now again after visit another places and my home again i booked for one day stay in other hotel not in this . Loation is in village side nearby airport . cleaning of the room and toilet was good. overall i give average and will never stay again in this property .

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport. The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them. Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

We stayed at Radisson Blu, Ernakulam as part of an event conducted at the hotel itself. We had booked two rooms—one for triple occupancy and another for double. Both rooms were neat and clean; the triple occupancy room was quite spacious, while the double room was of average size. The bathrooms were well-maintained and came with bathtubs. The event hall booking and overall arrangements were handled by Ms. Sajila, who deserves special mention for her vibrant and dynamic personality. She was extremely friendly and ensured that every arrangement was executed flawlessly. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—delicious with a wide spread that was hard to count! Small little cosy resort. Very convenient location and boat jetty, waterfront, top restaurants are all very walkable and near. The room is clean, has old heritage feel and tasteful furniture. Staff is very helpful, specially Sumith was managing the breakfast crowd nicely and helping everyone. plenty of autos are around the place and do not forget to visit several cafes nearby for old world charm and tasty food. the breakfast was good too.

The hotel has come in the years. But super service and it's enough for a stop, it's walking in about 30 minutes.
